Al llegar a mi casa me encuentro que sólo había 2 pequeños partes de pollo y SIN pan. (Tengo foto).
Trabajo todo el día y muy cansada para volver y reclamar. Tiré mi dinero.

I bought 3 half chickens for my workers' food and one of them was still bleeding, the worker was vomiting all the time because of this, the beans only fill the pot only up to half I don't know why they are saving the beans, rn all tropical chickens sell you enough beans for your food and not here .... My experience was not pleasant at all 😣😔

🪳🪳BEWARE!! STAY AWAY FROM POLLO TROPICAL!! THEY SERVE COCKROACHES WITH THEIR FOOD!! I ordered plantains and ate a roach!! 🪳🪳All that was left was a leg at the bottom of my dish!! THE FORT MYERS FLORIDA LOCATION IS FILTHY!! 🪳🪳

4 time coming, they can never get the order right. I ask for 3 sauces, I get 2. I'll ask for the 3rd and get attitude. Which is completely insane to me. And now ak didn't get the chimichurri sauce with my steak bowl. Crazy, I asked politely and clealry but people dont listen

Placed order, waited 15 minutes then was told it was going to be another 30 minutes because they didn't have the chicken cooked. They offered nothing so cancelled order left and will never go back. Lol chicken joint with no chicken ready. Not worth the trip. I never give bad reviews this is my first.
