Taste as if they were sitting there a long time in addition to a think smelling old oil scent. I threw in the trash. A waste of $5.34. Pollo Tropical franchise should retrain everyone at this location, including management. It's starts from the top.

4th time I am buying food. Specifically asked for orders to be checked. They continuously mess up orders. I came home again today , ordered chicken tropichop. There was no chicken. Please have your staff recheck orders. I don't like opening up the food . It's extremely annoying that 4 times they mess up. I will try my luck at another location
