This store is horrible!! I order it online and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready, they hadn't seen the order, when I got it and opened it, my bowl was half full and the food was cold. , I came back to ask if they made a mistake, the answer was we don't fill it more, I told them it's not the first time I order, I've never received the bowl so little filled, the staff is untrained, I asked for the supervisor, she was rude and untrained, didn't care about customer complaint, never going back.

The chicken place that constantly runs out of chicken. Went through the drive thru and they told me to park after I had already waited 10 minutes at the window. After parking it’s like they forgot about me cause my food was never brought to my car. After going inside to see what was going on, all employees were too busy talking to each other and playing on their phones and when I finally got someone’s attention they were rude as can be. I asked how long it was going to take and the only answer I got is “it’s still cooking” after I’ve already been waiting about 30 mins for 2 boneless chicken breast. That’s it. Nothing else. 2 chicken breast to an order is apparently way too much brainpower for the people working there. When I asked for a refund, they took their sweet time getting me my money back as well. Worst location. Bite the bullet and drive an extra 5 mins to the Coral Springs location and thank me later.

I have been going to this location every Monday for a year. The location is near my office and I had always been satisfied with their service. Over the last couple of weeks, the service has slipped significantly. I've always order double meat and recently have been told no. All I'm asking for is a side and I am willing to pay. Who tells a customer no on something like that? Additionally, every order is incorrect whether it be the wrong rice, missing items, or completely different order. The food still tastes great, but that's if they get it correct. If the location has gone through staff turnover I'd recommend spending more time hiring and training competent staff. I even tried calling location to speak to a manager rather than have to post online, but the number is invalid that is listed.

They have a mobile pick up station yet do not utilize it. Sometimes it's on the front counter, other times it's in the back still.
Please define what a whole chicken entails? The last order I got thru the drive-thru gave me 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks. If I wanted only dark meat, I would've requested for it. The last time I checked a normal whole chicken had 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs and 2 breasts.It's very disappointing when you go thru a drive-thru, order a whole chicken, go home to look forward to having the white meat pieces (breast and wings), which is a favorable preference, only 2 be disappointed with the 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks. Please fix this problem!
