I have been coming to Rob's for over 20 years, the food is always good. Sadly my experience today was far below par. While the food was fine, the two women who work behind the counter now were very rude. After waiting for the person BEHIND me to be helped because I guess that was a preferred customer(?) One of the women finally demanded to know "what do you want?". I felt like I was unwanted, not sure if I'll be going back. It's a real shame after all these years...

Very busy when I went in this morning. I work next door and they were accommodating. Got to give credit to the hard workers here being that they are short staffed. The food was really good and I enjoyed their flavorful homefries. Definitely will be back. ?

This place is filthy! Hard pass, I understand short staff but this is not one day dirty, this is haven’t wiped the cold cases down in weeks dirty. Disgusting!

Leaving a $4.00 tip on a $12.00 bill is more than sufficient. Knowing that tips are shared with the bus boy, I DO Not give him a separate $1.00 A lot of people do, the servers are not happy about it. It takes from their tip that they must share with him. Because I do not give him a dollar, he treats me terribly. Serving $1 tippers and completely ignoring my request for water or anything else is UN-ACCEPTABLE. Management is very aware of the problem and tells me that I am not the only customer he treats badly, but does NOTHING about it.

Nice place and plenty of seating. Breakfast was good and portions were filling. Lots of regulars meeting with friends and our coffee cups were never empty. Oh yeah, they have good bagels and biali's too.

This was our first time here. The prices were a little high but they make up for it with the large portions. Food and coffee were good. We will be back there to eat again.
I've eaten here a number of times. Good food at great prices (excellent bagels), friendly, efficient waitstaff.

Good food ? in a clean and pleasing atmosphere! Excellent service! I had a turkey Reuben- DELISH with a potato pancake and coffee. So much Turkey on the sandwich I couldn't finish, took the rest home for supper!!
