I been coming at this location for over 3 years. Never have I encounter rude and disrespectful behavior . I order a small peanut power plus . I been drinking the same smoothie for over 10 years . I worked for smoothie for several years many years ago. Today at 7:10 I order a smoothie . The young lady miss-heard me and gave me the wrong flavor. Ok mistakes happen . She had two blinders running and AirPods on so I can understand why she didn’t hear me . Then she decided to go back in forth with me for 1 whole minute . After she walked up to another employee and said “ make whatever she wants cause I’m not dealing with it.” I was super nice to her . All I said was that’s not what I order , never have I ordered that flavor . When I worked for smoothie king , never was I ever this rude to the customers . To tell another employee you’re not making my smoothie is insane . I would’ve gotten written up for that . I can clearly see the standards has been lowered drastically. Please hire adults with respect . Not teenagers with attitudes. I was so upsets because of how I was treated I left . No way was I going to let someone with that hostility make me something to drink.
Update :I went back in the morning and spoke to my usual person . Thanks to her I got I smoothie . I will only go in there mornings now . That’s when you get the best service .

20 minutes for a SMOOTHIE is RIDICULOUS. Get it together or get new ppl. Fast efficient and courteous service invites being aware of a patrons allotment time to give you their business. NOT GOOD. NOT AT ALL.
