Got my entire order completely incorrect. Gave me chicken in a cheese quesadilla that was apart of the VEGGIE box. There were also homeless people fighting outside.

Incredibly slow service for pre-made food that they throw in a tortilla. If there are any people or cars in line, better go literally anywhere else. You will sit around for 30+ minutes as the employees move like snails, staring off into space

I’m writing this to applaud Alana B. for her amazing customer service. She was so sweet and didn’t rush me. Definitely the best drive thru experience I’ve ever had at this location. Not to mention the food was super hot and fresh, perfect after a long night of work. Thank you Alana!!!!
The food is acceptable. The service is decent. The place is DISGUSTING. This place should be shut down for sanitation reasons. It is truly filthy. Mold everywhere. Cockroach droppings, mold on the ice and soda machine (a real hazard). It seems like homeless people sleep inside, and it smells like urine and feces. Truly unpleasant. But even worse, I don’t understand how this place can have a license to operate or how the main office allows one of their locations to be in such a state. I will never return. Revolting.

The food isn’t a big problem. The service isn’t a problem. The building itself is nasty as F. The ceiling tiles are falling down and missing. There’s mold all over the ceiling in the dining room. And it’s been like this for months at minimum.

Young lady at the drive-through, I understand this isn't the perfect job, but you're here, so represent have some self respect and carry yourself that way. .Don't be slouchy and don't have a bad attitude with the customer.

Order a freeze get order and pull out of drive thru, pullout to main Hwy, look down at my freeze to insert the straw and the cup isn't but three quarter full, had to go back thru to have them fill it up, I'd they tap the newly poured freeze on the counter after filling, it dosent settle for a few mins, hence the tapping on the counter to fix this issue.
