The best Greek salad ever...! And the hamburger was so good... Service was quick, very nice waitress, ambiance is quite, good classic rock music, not loud, so you can keep a conversation, and as well, the view to the golf course.... We will be back...

Staying at the Marriott in Tamarac, FL for the first time, and the hotel recommended the local restaurant across the campus — The View at Colony West. I originally went in just looking to grab some to-go food, but from the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by bartender Gabri. Her hospitality was outstanding!
She recommended the happy hour nachos (even though I was eyeing the hot dog), and I’m so glad I took her advice — they did not disappoint! She also crafted a delicious rum punch that hit the spot. Gabri was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and drinks.
Today marked my first day temporarily relocating to Florida, and this experience made it all feel right. It was truly the highlight of my new journey. Thank you to Gabri and The View at Colony West for the warm welcome and exceptional service!

We come here at least once a week and every time my food was delicious! We love it so much that we took our parents for Mother's Day and they loved the food too! The service is great, it's comfortable and we love coming here. It's so nice also to sit at the bar and have good food and a few drinks after a day of golf!

Our party of 5 arrived and we were seated however, for over 20 minutes, we were ignored. We had to ask who our server was, still no water or menus; finally our order was taken, mine and my husbands food came, but the rest of the party ‘s food did not come, one of my friends asked the manager and she said “ they were full! Again all the tables had been served, and the rest of our party ordered from the special menu. It finally arrived at 7:15, I guess we were not a regular part of the in crowd, although we are locals, don’t bother with this place if you’re not a regular.

We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere at the view! Renee gave us great service and suggestions such as the pretzel bites. Happy hour drinks were a great deal! We will be back for sure.

The food and service were excellent. The ambience was delightful. And a beautiful view made the experience wonderful. 
As the name suggests, great view. One meal was wonderful. My wife's chicken was under cooked. Server was good about it. Manager was not good about it and felt he should argue the point. Another place I will not go back to.

We ordered 3 appetizers they were very good. Fried green tomato's, chicken potstickers and chicken quesadillas at 8 AMwith grilled onions and peppers.

Had reservations for 5:30 pm and we where there promply at that time. We sat ouselves and the watress came over to greet at which point she said we sod out of the duck and rack of lamb. we told her we had reservation and she said she would see what she could do. Came back and all the sudden they had both meals. My wifes lamb was perfect, but the duck came out and was luck warm and was NOT Duck Ala Orange. Was goint to do our 50th anniversary there but now have changed our minds. Not ever going back. The vice Mayor of Tamarac lives very close and she will hear about our experience at the View. NOT GOOD IN ANY WAY!

Service was slow. Some of us were done eating before others were even served. No sense of urgency. Not even so much as an apology for the VERY slowe service.

The Happy Hour here is a good deal with the food offered, and drink specials aren’t bad. Usually sit at the bar, unless I’m with a party. Bartenders are always good…specially Beth. I am very glad I live nearby.
