These people must have a contest of who can give the worst customer service. Every time I go in, there’s a line of customers who are always mad and frustrated. No greetings, no acknowledgment you are even standing there. When you get to the front the Spanish lady just walks away without saying a word. I waited 5 mins for her to walk back to the cashier to take my order like nothing happen… no apology. She tried to give me my change ($7) in all quarters.. when I told her give me bills I don’t want 28 quarters she rolled her eyes and walks away (without saying anything) and returns with bills. The other Spanish girl working the drive thru needs to be fired. She threw my food on the counter and walks away without anything. I asked if this is my order and she didn’t respond. Both these Spanish ladies work like they hate their lives & job so whoever is in charge needs to fire them asap. I come in with my guys and spend a lot of money for lunch. I will be taking my money else where. This Wendy’s needs to fire these Spanish ladies & go under new management. They never seem to fail at giving worst customer service than my previous visit. Never returning again.

This place needs new managers. No one seems pleasant, as if walking in this place ruined their day. No one greets you, acknowledges you, no smile....not a thing. I arrived during breakfast but waited 10 min for lunch to start at 1030, but was told to wait 10 more min. There are 2 mgrs on shift yet nothing was ready. Came in specifically for chili on this wonderful cold day.....none made yet..... Placed an order to get half of it and told start eating the rest is done in 10 more minutes. Order placed at 10:44am.

Appears a staff member (Jose) arrived early to have something to eat before his shift but was constantly interrupted and asked to clock in early. I spent 5 more minutes hearing everyone in the back calling for JOSE!!!! Let the man eat in peace! Note, a member in management sat in the lobby while this was happening
This management had been sitting in the lobby when we arrived at 1020am.

Not only are there 2 mgrs on staff, but obviously they are not fit to run the shift correctly to be prepared to open on time. It is now 1120.....I came in at 1020am and I'm STILL WAITING for the rest of my order....Wendys....do better. Your customers needs better management and a staff willing to work as a team. I've watched customers wait at the counter while countless mgrs and team members walk by without acknowledging them once. I know the economy is bad and tight, be thankful you have an income and treat it as such.

I must add, management has the cutest uniform! 😍 Stretch leggings and figure hugging tops make the wendys brand stand out for sure....😉

they never fail to forget something. big or small every single order gets messed up or im completely missing items. they have horrible attitudes and will hang the phone up on you if you try to call them.

The Manager on duty at this particular location, Ms. Cordess, displayed PHENOMENAL Customer Service! She has a personal, down home, and warm vibe to her that makes your experience there a VERY pleasant one. Please do yourself a favor, WHENEVER you have a taste for Wendy's and you're in the area, GO SEE HER! Wendy's, PLEASE $take care$ of this jewel before someone else $steals her$.🙂 👍🏽🙏🏽

Worst wendys ever, how did they manage to get 3 out of 4 items in my order wrong, I don't know. I guess they're just throwing whatever in the bags now. The staff is a mess and they don't know what's going on
