Went through the drive thru right before closing. Both ladies were sweet and hospitable. Food came out hot and with a smile. My receipt says her name was Guerline. Didn't catch the other ladies name.

They lied to your face. I had order via the drive thru for a meal and never increase meal size. Upon moving to the last and only window open in the drive thru, they tell me that the size is only available in bigger size and that they no longer have the smaller option. Which is a complete lie!!!! At the time I assume they were being truthful, so I accepted it and paid. But come and find out a few minutes later that it was all a lied and no receipt was given. I will never come back to any Wendy’s, and I hope they are held accountable for this nonsense. I’m pretty sure if they did it to me they will do it to others

They used to be very good. Now they act like they couldn't care less. They treat you like you are completely wasting their time. Drive thru speaker can barely be heard, and when you tell them, they shrugg their shoulders and say whatever not our problem. This location should probably be closed.

Got a $5. Biggie bag. , they up it to a medium with out asking. So now its $6.10. The fries where over cooked. They did not give me any BBQ sauce for the nuggets, and the junior bacon sandwich was sloppy. Been at alot of different location. This one sucks.

Secret shopper, Giving the place a 1 star due to the fact customer service attitude was nasty, Respectfully this place need more training. As I walked in employee with long black hair was on the phone, hung up the phone and didnt was her hands, proceeded to touch the food no gloves which is health code violation. I believe the place should need a good use of a new manager. Also with some training.

Pleasant staff but poor and very stale food served. Ordered Panko Fish, JBC Meal and a Biggie Bag. Burger bread was hard, burger meat was dry, fries were cold. Fish lacked flavor. And to top it off the sauce I ask for with my nuggets was not in the bag. No ketchup, no sauce. A very poor experience . I had to throw away the burger.
I walked into the store the whole crew was on there phone even the manager. I Waited to see if someone would acknowledge me and the Manager walked over to the register and made a u turn and walked away with out a word. So Naturally I walked out and will never return to that store.

I don’t think I have had a slower experience at a Wendy’s. The lad who took our order asked us to repeat the order 5 times. She could not have possibly been less interested in actually helping us. There was not a hairnet to be seen on the line. The soda machine was broken to the point of squirting the syrup on to the sides of the machine. It took 20 minutes for a simple order. The coffee was so bitter that even with 12 creamers in it was undrinkable. The potatoes wedges were greasy, rubbery, and old. Thankfully the breakfast biscuit was edible. I would caution anyone against coming to this Wendy’s. It is a waste of money and the calories.
