Insane wait; I should’ve read the other reviews. Wasted an hour waiting for my food. They kept making Uber Eats and ignoring their own mobile orders, somehow the person that ordered after me got their order made first

Place always looks dirty and like a hurricane hit it! Service is probably the worst I have ever experienced. No one seems to know what they are doing and some of the staff just plain ignores you when attempting to inquire about your order. Need a new management team with staff that is effective and knowledgeable. The food could be the best! But with all the issues it does not matter.

Cannot follow simple instructions of their customers. Will give you attitude when you call in to verify that they will place a blue cheese in your order but will blatantly ignore your request and give you ranch. Not tryna be a Karen but let's be forreal

sat waiting to order for 20 minutes, then once i finally ordered the service was horrible the lady was on the phone not even looking at us it took her 10 minutes to put our order in then we waited OVER AN HOUR to get our food. Mentioned how long we waited and they gave us dirty looks saying there’s nothing they can do and to sit and wait. Ridiculous.

I was online and found your offer for FREE delivery. I followed the prompts and selected Delivery on your website. The transaction closed converting my delivery to pick up. When I called the store the “so-called” general manager, Shauna provided ample lip service in the way of an apology for your technological screw-up, but ZERO customer service skills, no offer of even a celery stick as an apology for forcing me to drive to pick up the food that was ordered for delivery!!! Complete bait-n-switch and then she offered to refund my money and drive to collect my money only to be told when I arrived that the money went back on my card!!! Completely wasting more of my time and no and I mean zero customer service skills, just tje felling of politely being screwed!!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER WINGSTOP AGAIN !!!

I made an online future order at 4pm to pickup at 9pm so I can get to a movie at 9:30pm. I waited 30min… left at 9:30pm they saw my order up for 5ths and still was late!! and now I missed the movie thanks for giving all the orders to you uber/door dash employees first instead of your customers. Don’t pickup food here BIG mistake
Love, Love the food,employees. They are the best. The chicken is always so good. This crew is am asset to this business. Shamel,Clorita,Hector,Jocli are the best. They are so welcoming and helpful. Nice atmosphere. ❤
If you're going to run a promotion the associates should at least attempt to produce quality food. Attitudes were horrible.
Fire the whole staff. Keep the cooks.

It's a camp out at this wings stop for walk in orders .Uber eats is priority! 40 mins for a 3 PC tender meal . This location not recommended !
I rather vacuum the beach than to eat here or deal with any of their employees ever again. 1 star because I couldn’t give it a zero. The general manager “George” is extremely rude & unprofessional. The other “managers” have no idea what they’re doing. The wait time are ridiculous and the food is never up to parr. You’re better off taking the extra 5-10 minute drive to another location.
