I do not know what happened this time. I have not been here in a while. They have remodeled since the last time I was here. I walked in and was greeted right away. That’s pretty much the most positive thing I can say. I loved this place. I bragged about how good the fish sandwich is here. Sadly, I was highly disappointed. Not only did it take approximately 40 minutes to get my food, but when it came out, it was not made with any love”. No seasoning on the fish or breading. The French fries had no salt on them. The bread for the sandwich was tough. Barely any tartar sauce. Just a real let down. I also had a featured rum punch that tasted like sugar. I wonder if there are new owners? I’d try again, but not anytime soon.

Best fish tacos. Very clean restaurant. Easy parking. Stopped for early lunch and everything was fresh. Alvaro is a good server, too.

The conch critters had no recognizable conch in them - all breading. The fish had zero flavor. Our waitress did not smile or make us feel welcome.

We were passing through, even though it was busy we didn't have to wait long for our order, the food was very good, everything was very tasty and filling!!!

Had lunch here after a morning SCUBA diving trip, the fish tocos may have been the best I’ve ever had and the service was excellent. The entire staff was amazing.

Cc’s has become a great hidden gem fish restaurant in the middle keys. I went a few years ago, and it was dated and the food was average and overpriced. Fast forward to today - a transformation for the great!

We ate there twice on a recent trip - dinner and lunch. Both were fantastic and reasonably priced, unlike many places in the middle keys now.

Tavernier sandwich- fantastic and great deal. The mahi tasted very fresh, and the mashed potatoes too.

Fresh mahi - also great. Key lime pie - a steal compared to other places in the area.

Decor was nice and the a/c wasn't freezing.

Service was outstanding. We'll be back!

This Place is a Hidden Gem, modest outside, but Quaint Coastal Decor. The Server Jose was just delightful.

Reviews said they had the best conch fritters around....not so.
Conch pieces were too large and tough, like chewing hard leather. Tasted like it was fried in 6 day old fryer oil.
Tavernier fish sandwich was palatable but not as fresh as one would like.

We loved everything about this restaurant. The fish dip, seared tuna, crab chowder, lobster bisque, seafood pasta and fish sandwich were all outstanding. Even the green beans were delicious. The service couldn’t have been better. We had so many questions and received great advice with an even better attitude throughout our entire visit. I highly recommend checking out this place.

Wow! This restaurant was amazing. I am not normally a seafood fanatic but would be if I could eat here everytime! The fish dip was out of this world (we have already decided to come back tomorrow and get some more). I ordered the famous sandwich, it lived up to the hype. The greenbeands on the side were good enough my daughter ate all of hers (after being mad I would not let her have fries). So glad we ended the evenning with the beautiful and tasty key lime pie. The only thing better than the food was the service!!!! We only have one more day in the Keys and plan on returning again.

Fish tacos, fried shrimp and shrimp Po Boy were spot on! Our server was kind but a little distracted throughout. Very nice place with what we would rate as top 3 best key lime pies we had during our visit to the keys.

We would bring our fresh catches there, and they had like 6 different ways to try the fish. Since we brought the food, the prices were about half.
