Dillon’s Pub & Grill is hands down one of the best spots in the Keys! Every time we visit, we bring in our fresh catch and let them cook it up—and they absolutely nail it every time. Whether you choose blackened, grilled, or fried, the fish always comes out cooked to perfection: flavorful, tender, and never overdone. It’s honestly some of the best preparation of fresh fish we’ve ever had.
But it’s not just about the catch—the rest of the menu is just as impressive. Their own dishes are packed with flavor, and the sides deserve just as much attention. The loaded baked potato is a must-try—comfort food at its finest, generous in portion and absolutely delicious.
On top of that, the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very fair for the quality and portions you get. It’s the perfect combination of local charm and consistently great food.
If you’re heading to the Keys, make sure Dillon’s Pub & Grill is on your list. Whether you’re bringing in your own catch or just stopping by for a meal, you’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit!

It really depends on what day you go. First and foremost, the food is excellent. The kitchen is fast and its delicious. As a frequent visitor of the Green Isle, Dillon's is a true Irish pub.
Weekends are best. They are busy and staff is on their game. Through the middle of the week, you will sit at the bar unacknowledged and watch the bartender drink water and chat with kitchen staff.
Great food, decent service — but disappointing communication
We visited this sports bar with a group of about 35 motorcycle riders. The food was great, and the service team handled our big party relatively quickly and efficiently — which we definitely appreciated. While the staff wasn’t particularly friendly, they got the job done well.
That said, the lack of communication was frustrating. I called six times over the three days leading up to our visit to give them a heads-up — as we often ride in groups of 25–35 and like to make sure the restaurant is prepared. Unfortunately, no one ever answered and there is an answering machine with no choice for a message. I even stopped by the restaurant at 11:14 a.m. on the day of our visit — just an hour before arrival — but the doors were closed, and the staff inside (which I could clearly see thru the glass) wouldn’t acknowledge me.
This kind of lack of responsiveness gives the impression that customer service isn’t a priority. It’s a shame, because our lunch overall was enjoyable.
We may consider returning in the future, but we’d hope to see better communication and a more welcoming attitude from the team.
Very nice bar with the Irish trend. Good food, quick service. A must stop on your way to Key West
Fast friendly staff
Typical local bar atmosphere. Very comfortable and friendly place that could use some updates.
We came here for lunch and I ordered the potato skins for appetizers, the Reuben sandwich and the grouper Reuben sandwich. Food was ok but not good. Potato skins were dry and overcooked and the sandwiches were just ok. We both had unsweet tee and sadly they tasted watered down.
Service was great, we were waited on right away and checked on often. There was plenty of free parking and this is a large restaurant with plenty of seating. Prices were reasonable. But unfortunately with the many restaurant options in the keys, we will not be returning to here.

Usual Irish Pub, Casual, chill place
Dillon's was great for a quick bite. The menu was nicely varied. Lots of app choices. French Dip was excellent.
Great people hanging out. Great atmosphere. A must see. Recommend to All

Whenever we’re in town we always go to Dillon’s. It’s always been a staple with great food and service. We understand new ownership is an adjustment for everyone …. But our last visit recently was not the Dillon’s we know and are used to. Our server was not friendly to us and frankly looked like he just rolled out of bed. His shirt was dirty.. hands were NOT clean when bringing our food…. And he wasn’t polite serving us. Hoping the owners read reviews to know what to improve on… but service is not what Dillon’s has always been known for….
