I got a frozen mocha coffee it was delicious and a coffee roll. We pre ordered on the app as we were driving there. I was fast, friendly, and I should have taken a picture because it was that pretty. I was driving so no pics. My son tried it and said best mocha coffee drink ever and said that's he would get next time. Also the coffee rolls are different at each Dunkin but these people do it right. Light, fluffy, and huge, if your coffee roll fits in bottom of bag it is heavy and over worked. I they have to stand it on its side light and fluffy should be ahead. Lol They do it perfectly here. I hope you try it and enjoy.

If you value basic respect, avoid this place. I wouldn’t even give one star if it were optional. The staff was inattentive and rude—especially the young man who was glued to his phone while I was trying to place my order. It felt like customers were a burden rather than a priority. Experiences like this are exactly why good customers don’t return. Very unfortunate.

This morning, one of the staff intentionally made my food wrong as a prank. Then laughed at me in front of the staff and other customers because it was so funny that she made it wrong. I took the wrong order and left because I did not want to spend another second there. I have no idea why getting an order wrong intentionally is so funny. But I will not be going back.

Been coming here for years the old manager was better. The Spanish lady sucks. Can’t even open the store on time or take more than one order at a time definitely doesn’t belong in this industry.
I stopped in here at 6:30 pm, Saturday March 24th. The tall girl behind the counter told me that she couldn’t make me a sandwich because she was closing in 15 minutes. As I sit here writing this we saw her turn away 6 customers and it is only 6:35 pm. Horrible customer service. 👎🏾.

I was less than impressed. The individual that served me was very rude. They did not greet me, I placed my order and it just seemed like I was annoying them. I ordered three hot drinks, a cold drink, two donuts and two breakfast sandwiches. I was not asked if I was eating in or taking out. I was handed all my items. I had my 15 year old daughter with me and we had a lot of items. I was not handed a tray for my drinks and they were extremely hot. So we were trying to leave with all these things in our hands, I’m juggling hot drinks and a box with a breakfast sandwich. As soon as we opened the door to go my vehicle, my tea started to fall and spilled on my upper arm and hand. I had to go back inside and wipe myself off with napkins. My daughter was waiting outside with our drinks laid on the ground. I asked an employee if they had trays (as I was not offered one). I was handed one. I told the employee that served me what had happened and asked where the washroom was as I had scalded my hand. They told me where it was. No concerns. No offer for help or anything. My hand was red and burning all day and is now full of blisters. Your employees at this location really need to be taught some customer service and first aid skills

Ok, America runs on Dunkin, I get it - and their coffee should always be great, but that's not always the case.
Yesterday, our experience in the Tavernier Dunkin Donuts was a perfect 10. The staff member was extremely patient with us, the 'extra-hot' espresso coffee was extra hot, the iced coffee was perfect, and the food order was also spot on. This enabled us to get back on the road with everyone happy with their order. so, thanks again DD of Tavernier. see you again the next time through!
