My experience was the worst. I just left maybe 20 to 25 minutes ago from Dunkin’ Donuts and I ordered chicken croissant and it’s burnt. They burned my bread. I cannot even eat it. The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been to. The worst experience never going back there again. I do not recommend it at all.

I got a frozen mocha coffee it was delicious and a coffee roll. We pre ordered on the app as we were driving there. I was fast, friendly, and I should have taken a picture because it was that pretty. I was driving so no pics. My son tried it and said best mocha coffee drink ever and said that's he would get next time. Also the coffee rolls are different at each Dunkin but these people do it right. Light, fluffy, and huge, if your coffee roll fits in bottom of bag it is heavy and over worked. I they have to stand it on its side light and fluffy should be ahead. Lol They do it perfectly here. I hope you try it and enjoy.

Extremely disappointing customer service!They will spoil your morning ❌️
If you value basic respect, avoid this place. I wouldn’t even give one star if it were optional. The staff was inattentive and rude—especially the young man who was glued to his phone while I was trying to place my order. It felt like customers were a burden rather than a priority. Experiences like this are exactly why good customers don’t return. Very unfortunate.

This morning, one of the staff intentionally made my food wrong as a prank. Then laughed at me in front of the staff and other customers because it was so funny that she made it wrong. I took the wrong order and left because I did not want to spend another second there. I have no idea why getting an order wrong intentionally is so funny. But I will not be going back.

For the lady working by herself for the last two days. She has a great attitude and is quick with the orders. Either the mobile orders or walk ins. She is the best and the orders are 100% accurate.

I stopped in here at 6:30 pm, Saturday March 24th. The tall girl behind the counter told me that she couldn’t make me a sandwich because she was closing in 15 minutes. As I sit here writing this we saw her turn away 6 customers and it is only 6:35 pm. Horrible customer service. 👎🏾.
