I am at D.D. in the Florida Keys, getting breakfast before I go offshore for a dive. Arrive at 7:15 AM, and Jackie is doing a amazing job holding it together working alone. Drive through is a half dozen cars deep and she takes the order, makes the food and a cashier specialist. Wearing every hat with a positive / good chippy attitude!

Stopped here on the way down to Key West. It's a nice Dunkin', and our orders were correct, but it was hard understanding some of the employees accents.

I came to this store Monday morning. The service was great. I came to this same location today 6-19-24 . The guy taking our order was ignorant. He was over talking me as well as mocking us . When we would try to order he was cut us off & then start yelling at us . Horrible service . I didn’t get his name. He shouldn’t be in customer service !

Not well kept. Person who took order barely speaks english and couldnt get order right. Person in back was worried more about what tips they got than actually working. Place is dirty, men’s restroom not working, outside table umbrellas are torn to pieces.

New server, no problem, except she didn't know English super well so we had to repeat the order 4 times, and one drink was still wrong. She didn't smile, at all, she stared blankly at us and then the younger guy helped her. Coffee was good, Churro latte was correct, that was positive.You can tell the evening shift before didn't clean well, or at all. Had to use the restroom, huge tp roll was on top of the dispenser.. I mean if you can put it on top, you could probably grab the key and refill the inside.The floors, handles, and doors were filthy, like really filthy, I used more tp to open the door in the restroom. The level of cleanliness here is not good at least from our customer perspective, hopefully it's better behind the counter. This was 930am, it really looked like it wasn't clean from yesterday, or a few days.The manager needs to do a better job ensuring the workers are performing their duties. A clean presentation would have given us more confidence to come back. The positive is that there's room for improvement. I hope they do so this location survives.
