First time trying Russian cuisine and exceeded my expectations. Everything was delicious, a lot of flavors, I got the beef stroganoff and my boyfriend got the sampler. I just didn’t give 5 stars because I wish the server could talk more and explain a little bit more about the sampler dishes. I got the honey cake to go but would be nicer hearing for the server their recommendations and best desserts. I would definitely come back again to try more dishes

The food is delicious! Beef stroganoff and dumplings top the menu. We tried about a third of the menu for four of us it was a great value! We had the chamomile tea with sour cherries and it was really good. Service was ok the server wasn't attentive to us or to anyone I noticed, never asked if we wanted a refill for our water or another beer. She was running the bar, the register and serving the other tables. The place is small and intimate if you have a large party I recommend reservations. We were a party of four and at 530 there were only two tables available. Overall the food was exceptional.

This was our second experience at Babushka. The first time was better than the second. While our food choices were tasty, my mushroom soup was thin and lacked enough mushrooms; I have made better. Our server was very pleasant, but we had to ask him to remove the plates when we finished our meals. Finally, the unisex bathroom had no paper towels to wipe our hands. It is doubtful that we will return.

Babushka is one of my go-to spots. Not my first time here, and I’ve tried a lot of the dishes on the menu – everything has been consistently delicious. It’s a cozy place that feels like home, especially since I grew up on this kind of food. The staff is always warm and friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for comfort food done right.

Love the atmosphere, it shows a little of their culture and really ties it all together, and I really appreciated it. It’s beautiful in the restaurant.

Food is amazing and portions generous, I had dinner there and lunch at home the next day, and the beer with the loaded (emphasis on loaded) dumplings was amazing. - Their desserts are top notch, and if you can, try their homemade Buckwheat Mead.

Service is excellent, they’re super quick, and good folk.
