This place needs to be closed down they have bad attitude and the guy that works in the morning wanted argue about a capp blast having ice cream in it or not .. they still owe me a refund from the last time they sold me a loaded hash brown with one peace of bacon on it I would feed this food to my dog they need to close this place DOWN i will be calling health department next .
Staff is rude and service leaves much to be desired.
The cone was stale and the ice cream tasted like it had frost bite. The entire order of three waffle cones double scoops were trashed. This location is rarely busy yet no one would answer my call after several attempts. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
i LOVE dunkin. and this is by far the best dunkin/baskin robins location i’ve ever been to. whoever is cookin back there, props to you!! the food is always PERFECT. like when i go to dunkin i always expect it to be a hit or miss, this spot NEVER misses!

Staff usually doesn't get our order right and it is very inconsistent from time to time.

Never so disappointed. I came for the layered chocolate chip cookie dough Sunday which they done make here apparently. Despite the ads across the screen menu, they don't do the Oreo mega stuff cone either. After 7minutes of waiting to attended to and place my order, the pecan praline and Oreo ice cream was great, but the chocolate chip had ice shards, not just crystals. The trash cans were overflowing, the bathroom had an overflowing stall and no feminine products disposal. Go elsewhere.
I went in this store yesterday and Ladavia was awesome she suggested this cookie dough ice cream that was great. She has awesome customer service skills she was running the whole store yesterday by herself she was great. She really needs to be the manager of your store because she was the only one yesterday taking care of the customers needs and she did it all gracefully.
It took 30 minutes to get an ice coffee at the drive thru today. Unbelievable
When I went there were at least seven employees behind the counter and only one person in front of me and yet my ice cream cake which I was informed could not be modified by anybody in store that day was half melted by the time they finished serving one person in front of me. Trying to call ahead was also useless just rang nonstop and was told when there it's out of order.
Absolute worst service that I have ever received. Not to mention the spoiled milk milkshake that was more milk than it was ice cream. And the contemptuous attitude of the person working

They are out of ice cream or oreos every time I ask for an Oreo layered sundae. This is common across the Tampa Bay area.
Very very good the best Baskin Robbins in Tampa. I went there Sunday night though the drive thru and the black man I did not get his name was so nice and made my order right and it was it was almost closing time but he cared about my order. I went in today and the Indian man did my order and he was nice and did my order excellent. I definitely will be back .
