Terrible service! In the last 10 years, I've never been to a fast food restaurant where the employees are as LAZY as they are in this place! If you're in a rush! Don't go to this Burger King!

He wanted to go to Fresh Eats but he decided to go to Burger King instead.
My son placed an order this past Friday evening and his body rejected the entire order the next day. It now 2 am on Monday morning and he’s still enduring the after effects of the #7 Combo.
He’s done with Burger King well at least Temple Terrace Restaurant!
Burgers should be made to ordered. This incident tells me that your kitchen is dirty and based from previous reviews rating.

Absolutely the worst place ever management and staff the drink fountain was trashed tables were dirty no straws napkins lids never will I ever go there again the food was super soggy and u could tell it was all reheated my lettuce and tomatoes where super hot plz stay away from here

This location is the absolute worst. From here on out I will avoid it like the plaque it is. The employees are clueless and have attitudes. I just left. I ordered large fries, the only thing large was the box. Putting small fries in a large box does not make them large. One other time, I ordered the Hershey Chocolate shake, every time I ordered this they seem mystified that it is on their menu. Half the shake was missing in the center. I guess where the blender was. Zero effort to correct it. The sandwiches are usually slapped together and cold like the one I am staring at now. Having been a restaurant professional myself for 15 years, I know this type of service doesn't happen in a vacuum. It is poor training. The result of poor management. I will be forwarding this to corporate.

Casher was friendly and very informative. Was made aware of deals still going on at that time. My order was timely , hot and made to exact order.
My sandwich was not made correctly and the bacon on my sandwich was literally not even done yet and very bad customer service I would not recommend this Burger King

This location is honestly a hit or miss it depends on who the manager is that day when you go other than that when there is a good manager there the food is fresh and service is fast. Some days you have people there that don't really want to work which is mostly in the evening time and that makes the wait longer and orders are inaccurate leaving you to be pulled up and waiting for your new order to be remade. This location is near my job so because it's a 50/50 chance of being satisfied I still visit this location often.

Okay so this store prides itself in customer service, you can tell. They are always very kind and work hard to get your order right. They also make everything very fresh and it always tastes good which isn't always the case for fast food. I appreciate the ladies at the drive thru making my day by being kind and sweet!
