This location is honestly a hit or miss it depends on who the manager is that day when you go other than that when there is a good manager there the food is fresh and service is fast. Some days you have people there that don't really want to work which is mostly in the evening time and that makes the wait longer and orders are inaccurate leaving you to be pulled up and waiting for your new order to be remade. This location is near my job so because it's a 50/50 chance of being satisfied I still visit this location often.

Okay so this store prides itself in customer service, you can tell. They are always very kind and work hard to get your order right. They also make everything very fresh and it always tastes good which isn't always the case for fast food. I appreciate the ladies at the drive thru making my day by being kind and sweet!

I’m in shock on how many people have complained about this establishment with no response of acknowledgement from the owner and or corporate! Burger King (if aware) should be ashamed of the representation the people that’s literally on shift TODAY from last night with Lakeisha being rude to me and did not want to give me the General managers name. I have recorded ALL of this disrespectful “service” given to me. I called and they not only kept hanging up on me but proceeded to tell me they don’t know what their managers name is and don’t know customer cares info. I will be going to the fullest extent of this behavior because people especially fast food restaurants need to be held accountable for their disgusting behavior!

Wack af. I ordered extra mayo and pickles on this chicken sandwich. This was all the mayo and lettuce they put on it. And only 2 pickles.
It was also cold, and looked burnt like old oil had been used.

The food was very bad, fries and nogets were cold, service was erespectful and rushing, and they had homeless outside begging.

This Burger King Is one of the worst places I’ve eaten in years.. I ordered classic whopper with cheese combo meal.. Everything was cold. The hamburger bun was stale, So stale that it was cracking.. I have not eaten at Burger King in years and now I remember why their food is subpar and worthless.. I may as well make myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and take it to work.. For $16 you would think it would be at least OK.. It doesn’t even rank OK.. Don’t waste your money at Burger King.. I rake the atmosphere too because I didn’t go inside, but the outside is dirty and there’s trash laying along the building at least send somebody outside to pick up the trash..
