Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I ordered delivery from them. After waiting almost an hour and a half, they canceled my order. They did not refund me my payment. When I tried calling the store, they hung up on me. I finally had to dispute the charge through the credit card company.

Terrible customer service and not so friendly staff.

when you are walking off from asking for a ranch for your wings (asked why she only gave one because normally I get two with my meal), the short lady with the blonde hair is going to attempt to talk about you behind your back: “THEY always want something free.” not much is needed in context for that. will never be back.

I arrived at 10:15 tonigh (4th of July)
And when entering I was asked did I already placed an order. I told the young lady at the front counter no that I was placing a to go order and she replied that they were closed. Mind you there is no one in the lobby area and the open sign was on and both resturant sign and Google states that the resturant closes at 11 on a thursday. I understand hours vary depending on holiday but there was no signage of holidays no where .

I went outside place an order on the map and as soon as I placed my order they turned the light off and started turning lights off inside. 15 min later I seen my food was ready and I went to the door to get it . As I drove away i took a sip of my strawberry lemonade and it taste like WATER & STRAWBERRIES and no ice when I asked for light ice. Once I got home all the sandwiches had the peppers,onions and mushrooms. Which I’m ALLERGIC to mushrooms and I had edited my chicken cheesecakes to certain things on eachone . it just felt like it was purposely done bc they had to work and it was very upsetting as a business owner myself to have gone through all of this . Couldn’t call for manager bc they closed already . Waste of 30$ I’m very upset never had an issue before

10/10 definitely recommend this place is super good & worth spending your money everything was nice & clean the costumer service was great & the food was amazing definitely recommend if your lookin for a goof Philly cheesesteak ?
