Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Ask for extra sauce delivers extra sauce. Food was fresh and chicken was great. Bun was also soft. Love it

It’s clear the owner cares about the success of his business. Both times I have come, it seems to be the owner himself taking the order and helping the team cook. A small mistake was made this order, and when addressed it was not only taken care of but this might be the best Philly I’ve had in Florida. Very tasty, food was hot and fresh. 10/10 for customer service and quality, glad I live so close.

The worst sandwich I ever had dry all lettuce no meat. It is the worst. I end up, threw it in the garbage. don’t waste your money.

TERRIBLE ‼️ Charlie's in an effort to save money no longer uses the red seasoning salt (per Countryside mall inside location). They are now only using generic salt and pepper, which takes away the original Phillies cheesesteak that we have all grown to love and enjoy. Prices have been raised and yet quality and taste have gone down. To further prove they no longer care about offering good service, when you call their corporate office number you get voicemail upon voicemail upon voicemail. No one EVER picks up‼️ I can no longer recommend this place nor will I ever be going again. They have lost a 20 year customer that has been going to Charlie's on a monthly basis. TERRIBLE 💔🤮😢

Sandwich came with NO mayo and at and so little lettuce that it wasn't even funny. My "fully loaded" fries were all ranch, I couldn't taste the cheese. I called customer service because I drove an HOUR to this location due to the fact it's the closest and I've been coming to this one for years without issue. Customer service said they'd reach out to the manager and then said they refused to make it right or refund because that was the appropriate amount of lettuce and cheese. Which is a BLATANT LIE. No one even addressed the fact that the mayo wasn't even on the sandwich. Im furious. As a loyal customer, who has gotten this SAME ORDER for YEARS and it's never made this way, the manager or customer service is a liar. It's funny because I just got the SAME ORDER earlier this week. It was made right. I spent nearly $40 for my order and it was all crap. These 2 items were just the worst.

Placed an online order. Got to the store (Ft. Johnson, LA), and their hood is down; can’t make any orders. The store is unable to give me a refund, gift card, or even a phone number I could call. All I could do is send an email and wait 3 business days for a response. Ridiculous.

I ordered delivery from them. After waiting almost an hour and a half, they canceled my order. They did not refund me my payment. When I tried calling the store, they hung up on me. I finally had to dispute the charge through the credit card company.

Terrible customer service and not so friendly staff.
