I ordered four spicy chickens for the two for three and I got add ketch mustard and pickles and I only got one pickle on each sandwich that's just crazy

Literally if I could give a zero I would I came here at exactly 5:57pm 3/17/2025 I’m lol while typing this (I tend to do that when I upset ) just picked my baby up from school so he wanted checkers I placed a order for a chicken bite box and five tenders, then was told to park and it will be brought out to me I said ok no problem I don’t mind waiting funny that’s exactly what I did waited almost 30 mins to drive back thru the drive thru bc nobody never came out to bring anything I saw one employee walk out the back and get on his phone another came to the window younger light skin gentleman asking what I ordered I told him but what got my attention was when he was keying it in I’m looking at him like what, he asked me was it a combo my question to him was is the order made he was asking me about dipping sauce so I ask for the person that took my order, of course his phone was in his hand he asking if they heard him say anything about tenders but the key thing none of the order had been dropped so basically the team that’s there have no communication on the floor nobody look like they have taken a serve safe class, need say if they did you would know your phone and food don’t go there are way too many germs, you take your phone to the bathroom, etc and it’s a major distraction if the phones were in your pocket or car the order would have been heard and dropped.

In order to cheat the timer they had me leave the drive-thru I was in after I paid to circle around to the other lane to wait for my food only to have me sitting there 10 minutes while they served three other people, I left with a refund and without food...

If you're looking for a fresh checker burger and fresh checker fries do not visit this location!!! I repeat DO NOT! This location does not cook the patties fresh to order and they do not drop the fries fresh either this is my third time visiting this location at night time and receiving a burger with Patties that are cold, as if they were just waiting to be put together this is unacceptable due to me having past experience working in fast food after trying to call and being placed on hold and them telling me to come back and they will cook the Burger for me again But at that point I did not want anyone playing over my food as they had the option to right their wrongs the first time I ordered it. so I chose the option to just write a review and never to visit this location again I warn you if you want fresh food do not visit this location!

If I could give negative stars I would! This place has the worst service ever as they served me old dry hamburger patties for the last time because I won’t be back”” not only were the patties old they were crusted and burnt! Mind you they had a line of people in front of me so why are the burgers old! Did they have a stack prepared for hours just sitting in a bin?? Also this was not closing it was around 9pm! Just disgusting then after paying for your meal they make you drive around to pick up your food! An elderly guy was in front of me getting his food of which you have to lean over to get it through your passenger window and they made no effort in helping him receive his bags to the point where his food somehow dropped in his window! He had to exit his vehicle to walk around and pick his items up from what looked like his seat and floor! Once I reached the window I noticed their dirty worn greasy uniforms and had my bag ready as if it was something fresh and hot, yea right! I will never eat here again especially at night which I believe the issues here is the NIGHT CREW! I pray one day corporate shuts this place down or clean it up literally from the outside, to management, cleanliness, food quality, safety, appearance and customer service! I can only imagine what that kitchen really looks like! I should’ve not eaten here anyway after seeing the drive thru window glass so dirty! I was not given a receipt and did tap for payment which the amount still hasn’t hit my account and this is the next day! I didn’t go back after driving off once checking my food only because I didn’t want confrontation or issues in this sketchy neighborhood! JUST DON’T EAT HERE, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Haven't been to Checker's in years and now I remember why. Waited 35min even though I ordered ahead of time, finally got my order and it was missing several items. The soda is completely flat and watered down, the fries are soggy, the burgers don't taste very good. Overall just terrible and I went to this location because it was the best rated one in the area. At least in the past the food actually tasted alright, despite the service. Manager should definitely be reprimanded for letting things get this bad.
