Took them over 45 min to complete an online order, when i finally got the order, it was missing fries and the Ones I did get were cold. Worst fast food experience.

Today was a bad day to go to checkers in Temple Terrace. The fries taste like they were cooked in the same grease as the funnel cake none of the drink, soda or lemonade taste like it was in a clean fountain or even processed out of a clean fountain thumbs down 👎🏾 about the drinks all of it And is it everybody supposed to wash their hands when you go back to work the guy admitted not to washing his hands when he took the trash out and then my bag of food so if I get sick I’m coming for you checkers

It never get your order right…. Then wait 20 minutes in the drive-through just get told to park on the other side of the drive-through after you pay where the passenger window is at the window so they can get your food ready total 34 minutes and I was the only one in the drive threw for 9 dollars worth of food. The parking lot looks like a hurricane went through it. The sign has been broke for months. This is why gibbers is going out of business.

A little shocked to find out that this was a new ownership takeover of this chain restaurant that does not follow all the rules as the franchise would expect I'm sure.
