Chipotle Mexican Grill

I always look for a Chipotle when I travel and when I visited Tampa I found this one. I went there with my grandson and his 2 teammates that play for wounded warriors wheelchair rugby. The manager came out and asked if there was anything they could do to make it more accessible and comfortable.

Elliott is amazing employee! Was very respectful when I had an issue with my food and helped me right away. Was very respectful and kind to me and never raised his voice. Thank you Elliott for your great service will definitely be coming back

Do online order for pickup is not worth your money. Barely put any rice or nothing in it $20 for WHAT?!?!!

This was by far the worst order I have ever received from a food restaurant. I paid 22 dollars for a half-filled burrito bowl. I've had better food experiences at gas stations.

Ive been coming here for years, good consistent food. Today i dropped my food on the floor, and they let me re order my food. Great place

I made the mistake of ordering Chipotle for delivery. Unfortunately, the order arrived with a noticeably small portion and missing items, including guacamole and salsa. While my alternatives were limited to fast food, I had hoped the order would at least be prepared correctly.

This experience only reinforces what I’ve learned before: Chipotle delivery often falls short because there’s no way to oversee the preparation. Without being in-store, the quality and accuracy of the order are inconsistent at best.

I really enjoy this location. It’s generally not too crowded, but the parking lot isn’t the best. Also, their hot salsa is always hotter than other locations.

I come in at least four times a week and I usually have great experiences, but I found that if you are being served by Vicky, you will receive an unprovoked horrible attitude and visible annoyance when you just ask for what you want. A shift lead named Maria has only also shown a bad attitude and visibly manhandles your food at the register.

I love Chipotle and I will not let this location deter me. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try this location there is a problem. They run out of things and wil not restock it. They close at 12 but if you go at 8:30 they will tell you they are out for the night 🙄. They tried to charge me extra to put some of my toppings on the side when i get this same order every-time at any other location and never charged extra. Tried to order chips! Out! Meanwhile I’m looking right at chips. They say they have to save those. 🙄😂 WHAT!? Corn? Out! Not refilling. The food area was dirty! I ended up leaving without my food and went to the next location. This location is closer to my home so I’ve tried to give chances… but I definitely will be taking the extra 5 minutes to get to the next location from now on. I understand stuff happens, but the amt of times this has happened is absurd! To the point I wouldn’t have felt right until I left this review! What I will say is… the young man helping was so kind and I honestly felt bad for him. He clearly doesn’t control the workings of the business. Whomever runs this location…do better for your workers. Because at the end of the day, they have to deal with the customers directly and everyone isn’t as nice I'm sure!

No one was in line. The workers stared at me and talked to each other. Only then did the register lady take my order and didn’t say one word to me. I don’t expect to get my order taken immediately but if there’s no one in line and there’s multiple workers doing nothing?

I’ve been coming for this chipotle for a couple months now. The customer service is declining everytime I go now. They need to get employees that take pride in their customer service. They constantly have attitude when you tell them how you want your food & I don’t understand why for the life of me. I WILL NOT be returning there anytime soon ….. DO BETTER FOWLER CHIPOTLE!

I come down to Tampa around once a month or two... I stay overnight. Im not too familiar with food restaurants near my hotel, but I am familiar with Chipotle, which is in my neighborhood and a 5 star rating. When I read all the negative reviews on here, it's disgusting that I can't even trust to order from here... Someone needs to get the right employees who want a job and cares about the food they serve to people. This is owner/ management issues that definitely needs to be addressed. If not, you will not be in business too much longer. I would not even try the food here with all those negative reviews, and pictures omg!!
