Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been coming for this chipotle for a couple months now. The customer service is declining everytime I go now. They need to get employees that take pride in their customer service. They constantly have attitude when you tell them how you want your food & I don’t understand why for the life of me. I WILL NOT be returning there anytime soon ….. DO BETTER FOWLER CHIPOTLE!

I come down to Tampa around once a month or two... I stay overnight. Im not too familiar with food restaurants near my hotel, but I am familiar with Chipotle, which is in my neighborhood and a 5 star rating. When I read all the negative reviews on here, it's disgusting that I can't even trust to order from here... Someone needs to get the right employees who want a job and cares about the food they serve to people. This is owner/ management issues that definitely needs to be addressed. If not, you will not be in business too much longer. I would not even try the food here with all those negative reviews, and pictures omg!!

I went to the register and a young man with shoulder length braids and I told him I had a mobile order. He had no one in line or was not helping anyone and all he did was point to the area where orders were being prepared. Clearly I was some sort of non-verbal human for him to do that, turn away after seeing his coworker preparing to go orders and then helped a lady that had just walked in. It was very unprofessional and will be calling to speak with a manager because he had the ability to assist me instead of another having his busy coworker do it and could have opened gods mouth like a normal human being when I asked for my food.

I won’t be coming back. My bowl is no longer fulfilling. I barely had rice, beans, and meat; and was embarrassed to ask for more. Service is not the same. It doesn’t feel welcoming and appears changes of employees are becoming less diverse. Please bring back Julio because he was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone, including staff, had a smile on their faces. My bowl wasn’t skinny either!

Rice undercooked beans undercooked flavorless and also no meat . They should change the name from chipotle bowl to veggie or toppings bowl because it was literally barely any meat in my bowl I will never eat chipotle again

I used to be a regular at this Chipotle, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I’ll never be coming back—nor will I ever step foot in any Chipotle again. Over the years, I noticed the quality of the food started to decline, but I kept giving them chances, thinking it was just a fluke. Then, I began finding hair in my food, more than once. I told myself it was a freak accident each time, but after it kept happening, I realized this was no coincidence. The final straw was when my wife ended up in the ER after eating there. She had to be hooked up to an IV due to severe dehydration from food poisoning. The whole experience was terrifying, and I can’t believe this happened after I trusted them for so long. I’ve completely lost faith in this location, and honestly, Chipotle as a whole. No one should have to go through that, and I’ll never risk it again.

Workers were nice and portions were good, but got a nasty case of food poisoning after a chicken bowl last night. Hopefully I’m an isolated case.

The food was good but the salad I ordered had holes in it and the blonde girl with braids who served me was too apathetic, she looked disgusted.
