This temple terrace location just disgusted me so bad everybody on shift right now need to be fired I ordered 4 items and a blizzard from door dash and only thing yall gave the driver was a cup of spoiled sludge it smelt so bad and didn’t even give them my food at all and the blizzards was disgusting looking and smelling that is ridiculous and a health concern that is just sad

When I arrived two of the employees were totally confused and had no idea about the status of my order mobile order. Then someone brought my order back after almodt giving it to someone in the drive through.
It was missing the dipping sauces and the extra/5th chicken strip that we paid for.
The burgers seemed like they had been sitting under a heatnlamp for hours the lettuce and tomato were gross and soggy. Not fresh at all. The patties were like dry cardboard.
I talked DQ up to my family because it used to be very good. This was a step below McDonalds. Very dissappointing.

It took forever for my order to come out initially (got three items) and they forgot one item, went back in to get the missing item and it took another ten minutes to get acknowledged and my order. Everything was pretty disappointing and price was not worth it:(

James is a great shift leader and was really helpful getting my online order ready on a busy day. Doesn't seem like they were setup for success for National Ice Cream day and the promotion on the app, could've probably used another person or two, but the team did great.

Horrible service the ice cream was toppling over as she gave it to me in the drive thru, asked for it in a cup and gave me no spoon. Had a horrible attitude as well. NEVER GO HERE!!

I was impressed by Blizzard from Day 1!!
But today! I was very pleased..food was fresh and on time even though they had such a long line...I'll be back for more..

Dannon one of the Crew Members greeted me with nothing but pleasure! She gave me a warm greeting, I ordered a medium Sized Vanilla Ice cream in a cup it was not melted or anything, Good prompts to her and brandys crew!

Brandy and her crew made our day. They greeted us with smiles and their lively personalities. Customer service is their top priority, and they deserve to be recognized for their efforts these days when we need smiles to make it through. The food was served hot with plenty of tasty BBQ sauce. Highly recommend.

The staff last night was extremely helpful and welcoming. We got 6 people ice cream, Slushies, or Blizzards. The desserts were great, staff was fantastic, but the dining area didn't have good AC, making it a little warmer than we'd prefer.
