Pizza was good and delivered hot and fresh. Delivery driver was courteous and followed instructions. My only complaint is the tracker system which never works and Dominoes needs to address their website because it hasn't let me properly review the last few times...

Ok so at first I was highly upset with the quality of the food that I had ordered. Just a couple days ago I got 2 pan pizzas they both sucked! Horrible š¤®š¤¢ I tried to call no luck so I put a complaint in on the website. They only tried to offer me one pizza! I called today and talked to the GM Josh and he was super helpful! Fixed everything plus some!!! It's people like this that remind me there is still managers that care about the customers! Thanks Josh for everything š the food was AMAZING THIS TIME!!!

I ordered a large pizza with mushroom and chicken and jalapeno I place my order drive to the pizza place and they hand me two sandwiches??? I tell the lady that works there that itās not my order and she insists that thatās the only order they received for the day. Not to sound like a Karen but thatās honestly none of my business u got my order wrong and then youāre trying to put the blame on me like I made w mistake?? I tell her I ordered at this location mind u itās not the first time I ordered from here Iāve had the same order 3-4 times so how are u gonna tell me I may have gotten the location wrong. Okay fine mistakes happen so I ask for a refund and reorder my pizza. Same order and the guy tells me alright and I go wait in my car. Wasting my time because when I get to my car and open the pizza box there is pineapple on it. And I know she knew she got my order wrong because my brother overheard the guy taking my order tell her that my pizza had no pineapple but she said itās fine ājust pack itā so I waste my time by waiting and then get the wrong order AGAIN?? When I ordered in front of u. My brother got sick from eating the pineapple and got a stomach ache. Never coming back to this location sad because I used to be a regular .

We love the older lady making the pizza here! She makes it so delicious and has a great personality! We order from here all the time and if you want the best nail in Temple Terrace you better come to Busch Nails and Lashš
This is THE WORSE DOMINOS I EVER ORDERED FROM ! I order delivery for my family the other night , food was delivered by a nice delivery driver . However the food was horrible , one of pizzas was messy looked like they just threw it together , i ordered cinnamon sticks they were a little burnt and had no cream cheese icing to go with them . I called the manager gave me attitude because of there mess up , said she would send a driver to me with the sauce and hung up on me . 2 hours went by and nobody came , called back spoke to another quote on quote manager and she was also rude she wanted to give me a credit and I asked for a refund , when I wouldnāt take the credit she hung up on me , I called back asked for the General manager and corporate number they claim to not have it . I called the next day to speak to the GM and the girl that answered said she would transfer me to the office phone and she hung up on me . I will be going up there but Iām calling corporate as well I want a full refund for my whole order because had to reorder from a whole different pizza place just to have a descent dinner with my family . And I work at a restaurant so i understand what customers service is , you need some one else running this store because the quality and service is horrible.

Went to pick up a pizza at this location and while ordering in store saw pizza maker was putting toppings on the pizza without gloves then touching the screen, then continued putting toppings on. Do they not wear gloves, are they not required to wear gloves, do they not know you can make someone deathly I'll by not following proper food prep safety. š¤®

Their day crew always has the best pizza but the night crew sucks. When I order at night thereās never any garlic on the crust and the pizza is ALWAYS over cooked. I tried three times with the night crew and all three times the pizza comes out the same. Iāve also ordered three items with their day crew and the pizza always comes out perfect. If you order from here, donāt order during the evening. You will regret it.
If you want good pizza anytime of the day order from Five Star Pizza. Theyāre open to 3 & the pizza isnāt burnt.
