When they first opened service was exceptional today i wasn’t greeted I literally was standing there for 10 minutes before someone decided to acknowledge me then when i got my order my pizza only had four pieces of sausage on it smh but my biggest issue is the lack of customer service.

So sad today.... I had a rough day and just wanted a good pizza and I got a pizza I can't eat. Green pepper and sausage is what I wanted pepperoni and sausage is what I got. Yeah, a heartburn lovers dream at this time of my night. No thank you! That's not what I ordered. Now I've had my issues with this store but I was tired and just needed some quick food. I'd be so much happier with a lousy burger because I know that's what it would be but come on dominoes I know you all can do better..it's been months since I've ordered but you're not showing me any growth at all. SMH

This was my first time ordering from this dominos never again I’ll stick with hungry Howies I ordered a medium pizza ask for square cut it got to me at a decent time but the quality was verrryyyy poor it looked burned and it wasn’t square cut I asked for a remake they sent it 35/45 minutes later it looked like someone threw it on the ground or rubbed there fingers in it and IT STILL WAS NOT SQUARE CUT they need new staff those kids they have there are messing up there money or those people don’t care bought there job so there for they don’t care bought the quality of dominos customers fire the whole staff rehire I was forced to eat the first one because it was my money that got wasted the second one went in the trash I did not trust it horrible service

Today (3-8 - 2025), I went into this store to order a salad. The lady (short & chubby) who took my order brought me a salad with lettuce turning brown, so I asked her to exchange it for another one, however, she wasn’t pleased about it, and told me they may not have anymore of the classic. I ordered another salad for my son, and asked for a ceasar salad dressing, she said. “she had given me one”. I took the ranch dressing out of the bag to show her in order to receive a ceasar salad dressing for the second salad. I am not sure why someone would need to show her before receiving another one for the additional salad I ordered. I hope the owner/manager of the store gives her more customer service training because this type of behavior is unacceptable but if this continues I will explore other options to report it, a franchised business still has certain expectations for the brand, hopefully this young lady gets evaluated because she seems to have several complaints after looking at the reviews.
Wasn't at all impressed with this location the last time we ordered here. Pizza was luke warm, and chewy (not in a good way). Not the first time I've been disappointed with the pizza and wings. Really hit or miss

The past 2 times we've ordered carside delivery, our order has been incorrect. Last night, my order was incorrect again so I took the pizza inside and they offered to fix it. They said I could keep the incorrect pizza and they would make me a correct one. I told the young lady taking my order that I would be waiting in the car and she told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. After about 15 minutes, I wasn't sure why I hadn't received my order so I went inside again and there's my pizza sitting on the shelf. I'm not sure how long it was sitting there but long enough that in the meantime my other pizza and parmesan bites were getting cold in my car and my corrected pizza was sitting on the shelf getting cold. I'm disappointed in how the store has gone downhill since it opened not that long ago.

Ordered for carryout Staff was above and beyond. The young lady tonight (12/11 Wednesday 8:30pm) that was stretching and making pies was absolutely fantastic. Fixed my issues and was lovely. Very happy customer!! Thank you
