5302 Busch Blvd. I ordered a drink online. Apparently they didn’t have decaf. So what did they do? They made it regular and didn’t say anything. They didn’t use the right syrup so I asked them to remake it and that’s when I found out they didn’t have decaf. When I asked them why they would make it regular and not tell me, they just kept trying to gaslight me and eventually said it wasn’t their fault. They refused to admit what they did was wrong in anyway and kept arguing. Don’t make the ordered drink if you don’t have the stuff to make it. Just tell the customer. Seems pretty simple to me. *shrug* I know I’ve been up all night bc of this before but I always thought it was accidental. I’m done with DD which is sad bc I’ve been loyal for a while. Good thing there’s a million other coffee shops around I guess.

I'm a regular at this dunkin' donuts fast friendly service and the people are good with remembering faces and knows exactly what you want and how you want it unless you ask for something different
Service was okay, bit of a wait but that’s fine. I’m upset I spent $11 on two breakfast sandwiches that were slightly burnt and tasted horrible. Slightly burnt I can deal with, but unfortunately both chicken sandwiches had freezer burnt patties. If I wanted freezer burnt food I would’ve stayed home and saved money.
