I just came from this Dunkin Donuts and the amount of disrespect these young people show amazes me! I was the only one in line, no one answered at the drive thru and then when you drive to the front and ask are you serving it was the smirk the young man had. Listen you never know who you are serving, I’m nobody but you have to remember companies send out people to see how you treat their store, and customers. DO BETTER!

I was ordered medium iced latte no ice and they give me half cup of latte, so I asked window guy to why you give me only half cup latte and they said it’s corporate rule that’s why.
It’s so weird rules i never seen this type of rule anywhere.

Bought a dozen donuts after dinner and every single one was stale! I guess we can’t get fresh donuts outside of breakfast here…I would not come back here again in the evening. Total waste of money.

You guys are out of frozen coffee just about every week. How in the world is that plausible and it’s a coffee shop? Please do better. Make your orders bigger so that you keep enough supply. I go to this location because it’s conveniently right up the street from my home, but I guess I’ll have to try a different location from now on.

0/10 - previously I found plastic in my drink and I did not go back. The only thing that was offered was replacing my meal… a foreign object and the only thing that was given was a meal replacement, in which I did NOT go back for. Well, I went to this Dunkin yesterday, typically I go to Busch because it’s much cleaner and the people are more friendly, well I was in a rush and had no time to cook. I asked for 2 munchkins … usually I get two boxes of munchkins … I literally got TWO MUNCHKINS in a bag and was like what? The I got charged for what I asked for, which is okay I’ll pay for my food. Getting the munchkins, they were hard and stale. I most definitely will not be returning to this Dunkin. Choking on plastic is one thing and showing proof, stale donuts is another ball game and it is not the first time. I’d rather take an extra 5 minutes to another Dunkin than to return here.
