Bought a dozen donuts after dinner and every single one was stale! I guess we can’t get fresh donuts outside of breakfast here…I would not come back here again in the evening. Total waste of money.

You guys are out of frozen coffee just about every week. How in the world is that plausible and it’s a coffee shop? Please do better. Make your orders bigger so that you keep enough supply. I go to this location because it’s conveniently right up the street from my home, but I guess I’ll have to try a different location from now on.

0/10 - previously I found plastic in my drink and I did not go back. The only thing that was offered was replacing my meal… a foreign object and the only thing that was given was a meal replacement, in which I did NOT go back for. Well, I went to this Dunkin yesterday, typically I go to Busch because it’s much cleaner and the people are more friendly, well I was in a rush and had no time to cook. I asked for 2 munchkins … usually I get two boxes of munchkins … I literally got TWO MUNCHKINS in a bag and was like what? The I got charged for what I asked for, which is okay I’ll pay for my food. Getting the munchkins, they were hard and stale. I most definitely will not be returning to this Dunkin. Choking on plastic is one thing and showing proof, stale donuts is another ball game and it is not the first time. I’d rather take an extra 5 minutes to another Dunkin than to return here.

when i have bad experiences with food establishments, i keep it to myself, but their service has gone drastically downhill through the course of this past year so i’m leaving this review hoping things will change. they value drive thru wait times way over people standing inside, and even then the drive thru wait time gets ridiculous. you can stand right at the register for 7 minutes without a single acknowledgment. the last 2 times i’ve gone there my order had already been complete just sitting on the counter as i placed it ahead of time on the app. if they bothered to at least ask to take my order i could leave and get out of their hair way faster. instead i get attitude simply for going there to order food

I come here probably 3x a week and get an Oreo cappuccino blast. Idk who makes it usually but it’s alwaysssss sooo good. I’ve been coming here instead of Starbucks! Keep up the good work!!

This was by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts location I've ever been to. The customer service was absolutely awful. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful – she wouldn’t even let us look at the menu behind her to decide what we wanted to order. She acted annoyed by our presence, made the wrong order, and treated customers with a clear lack of basic courtesy.
The wait time was ridiculous, even though there weren’t many people in line. It felt like the staff didn’t care at all about providing a decent experience. I've visited many Dunkin’ locations before, but this one was by far the worst. I do not recommend it to anyone.
