Served lukewarm Chai Tea. Had to take it back for redo. They didn't start over just re-steamed both drinks. "Steamer Machine not working properly" Manager says machine requires steamer to be run twice to work! So you know there is a problem and haven't fixed it!!! No offer for a discount or coupon for our inconvenience. Poor management! Also, location very difficult to get in and out unless you are just traveling west bound toward USF; with HEAVY traffic and homeless people hanging out in and around the store it's a good spot to skip.

Ok, this is the Dunkin closest to where I live. The staff is typically very good. Tall man, the women with the mijab, The younger woman with the piercings, All of them are a pleasure.
There is one lady that I don’t care for and today was the nail in the coffin. Their system was down. Meaning they could not make any transactions or cook food. If we had cash, they were willing to do exact change. I was willing to buy the dozen of donuts that I needed and an apple juice. Not having exact change, I offered to overpay by $4.98. A skinny lady with eyelashes far too long for her face refused to take the money. As a head of a department at my job, If a representative turned down, an overage of money would be grounds for termination. You don’t turn down money. The leadership thing to do would’ve been to write down what my order was, and when the system was up, plug it in and the remaining money keep as tip for the staff. She’s a manager and does not manage well. Getting rid of her would not be bad cuz she is costing the company money.

The coffee was burned and taste horrible. I tried returning this to a different dunkin in the area as I had realized once I was on the interstate.and they do not provide a fresh cup of coffee since it's not their franchise. I really can not stand dunkin quality and customer service.

The worst Dunkin donuts. Very bad experience. Horrible coffee. 2 people had to throw it away before because it's just milk. I ask for my money back because there was no one to take it. And after waiting 10 minutes no one says anything. Between the same employees a terrible discussion.

They always get my order wrong. If it’s NOT TTyhe bread being burnt. It’s NOT following my order completely…..I CAN NOT EAT EGGS!!!!!! So I was given eggs this morning on my cheese croissant. I’m pretty sure after this 3rd mess up I will NOT BE BACK!!!!! Do BETTER.

Don't advertise a $6 meal deal and refuse to do a flavored coffee. The deal doesn't state it has to be plain. This is laziness.
The food is always delicious and fresh. I get the $6 meal: bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, iced coffee, and hashbrowns. I come here M-F and after coming here for weeks they have only messed up my drink 1x and promptly fixed it. This is the best Dunkin by far.

I am very kind to food service workers at all times. I say yes ma’am/yes sir and etc. At this location, ever I have gone it was been such horrible and rude service. Today I went to go pick up an online order through the drive-through and a woman handed me my coffee and a bag but I had only ordered coffee, I took the bag but checked that it was not mine and began to give it back. The woman at the window asked me if I ordered the food and I responded with “No ma’am” and she snatched the bag back and started insulting me and make me feel bad for stealing. I have never been the one to write a negative review but this altercation was just so mean. I do not recommend even my worst enemy to this Dunkin location. Treat people with kindness!

Everytime I’ve come to this Dunkin’ they are always the sweetest staff and go above and beyond to make my experience great even if they happen to be out of what I ordered. My iced coffee is always very consistent compared to other Dunkin’s that I’ve been to. Everytime I go I leave with a smile on my face:)

This location is normally my go-to because they always have the donuts that I like and want but the service is subpar especially dealing with one particular employee that I absolutely do not like (Scruffy looking older white male with long hair). He always has an attitude, cuts you off in the middle of placing your order, and all around is just not a pleasant person. I have had this encounter with him a couple of times and I am tired of it. The last time which was this morning I just said forget it and decided not to even place my order because he was the only one working at the time. He is in the wrong line of business dealing with customers with that attitude. Maybe janitorial duties would suit him better, he definitely looks the part. I don't ever want him taking my order going forward and if he's the only one working I will choose to spend my money elsewhere.
