50% of the time my orders come out wrong they either need to change the staff or have better management. I tried calling no answer but anyways this is what they gave me for as a large cup of coffee!!! CHANGE THE STAFF!!!! If you care about your raise you should care about your job first!

I'm a reg there, closing shift knows my order as soon as they greet me at the drive thru. Amazing night shift ,i get my iced carmel macchiato late...I enjoy it more even the kids are in bed. None the less, they are always happy to accommodate any last minute order, even if they are 10 min to closing, they don't start with the excuses of "our machine was just cleaned" or " the espresso machine isn't working"... so many times the other locations are just lazy and don't really want to make the drink. I get it , there's days like that. But this location is consistent, kind, attentive and wiling to fix anything that didn't meet your expectations.NIGHT SHIFTS NEEDS A RAISE! SERIOUSLY

Terrible customer service from the drive-thru cashier today. I felt very rushed to place my order to the point I didn’t request everything I wanted. I expressed that I wanted to use my points for one of the items. When I got to the window I mistakenly gave her my card before scanning for my rewards. I kindly asked if she could refund the order so that I could scan and get the item for free, which was my whole point of going there. She was visibly irritated and did not try to hide it. She then told me for future reference I need to scan for points beforehand. It was clearly a mistake on my end but the customer service was terrible. If you can’t handle simple mishaps with grace and kindness then that’s not the job for you. I rarely go to this location but did today for the convenience. Currently driving the extra 10 minutes to the location on bearss where I always receive the best service.

Donuts are stale. I ordered a hot vanilla Chai latte, which was not made properly. I had to wait over 10 minutes for the Chai latte via drive thru, and I ended up having to go inside after waiting over 10 minutes for my luke warm drink.
