I heard of Essence by word of mouth so i gave it a try a few months ago. Since then I have been coming here almost everyday to get a tea before the gym, keeps me hydrated and energized well through the workout. Aaron knows his products very well and is great at customer service. Definitely recommend this shop for nutrition needs.

Been coming for months and love the product and environment. The owner aaron knows what he is talking about and is very helpful with recommending what product is best for your own fitness goals. If you haven’t been here, make it a point to come as soon as possible.
I have yet to come here and the environment appears clean and welcoming, but one thing that really puts me off is the lack of information. I always want to check a menu prior to attending the place to ensure there is something I can have as my diet is limited due to IBS. If this is a “health and wellness” place I would hope they would at least have a website or menu posted online so that people can ensure there is something there for them!

Where do I start, from the smoothies to the teas, Aaron knows how to take care of his customers. The minute you walk in you know you’re about enjoy whatever Aaron ends up making you. The culture and vibe is almost to the point where it’s hard to leave but that’s what keeps me coming back!
