I ordered a half and half pizza first off the pizza barley had any cheese on it the veggie side hardly had any veggies on it and the pepperoni rolls were so soaked in the garlic butter they were completely soggy on the bottom first time worst experience with five star pizza

Used to be one of the best places to get pizza in Tampa. For the past few years, food quality has been going downhill and prices are going up. Waited an hour before pizza showed up. I asked delivery driver how a 25$ turned into 40$ because I was confused. He didn't know so he called the restaurant. Spoke with someone, im assuming the manager, got on the phone and gave me an attitude about it and argued with me. Pizza was cold.

I ordered a pizza in the parking lot while on break, they said 10 mins I went to pay for it waited 10 mins later just to receive a cold old pizza that they sticked my name on . I called them to let them know and they hung up on me ! So I pulled back up and the manager/ owner said “ I know your boss I never seen you next time tell your boss to come get the pizza” ( I ordered under my job name ) so apparently they pick and choose who they want to give quality food too!

Bf u could even get a chance to order our usual delivery the way I was spoken to bc I want my pizza not crispy or under cooked bc our last one we had delivery was wet crust and I wanted to make sure that they cooked it well not crispy and the guy that took the order was having a. Bad day smh these times our so packed with trouble in EVERYONE LIFE hopefully he has a better day but I still didn't get a pizza that day 😔 😔
Been there a few times & love their pizza! They offer a variety of different pizzas (they have wings & garlics knots etc.)but pizza is their specialty- they’re always friendly and they get your order in quickly. Definitely a hidden gem!
