I had the pleasure of dealing with Ahmad, great food, great atmosphere and great customer service. I am not sure what these reviews are talking about out and why as you come to this place for amazing food if you didn’t like something that is not related to food that’s your problem.

Ordered Chicken Biryani for dinner to take out. Over on the phone was told we can pick up in 10 minutes, we went there after 20 minutes, order was not ready we had to wait another 15 to pickup.
Biryani has burnt smell inside the car when we were bringing home. When we opened the pack, we don't see any chicken Biryani pieces, all we see is small burnt pieces mixed with rice.
Called restaurant to complain about it, the person we pick up the phone argued with us rather compensate or fix the issue next time.
This is not the first time, this burnt Biryani issue was happened earlier too, did not complain that time, ignored previously.
Since this similar issue happened second time, very disappointed.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful and that is putting it mildly. The food reflected the same level of care the service did - which is to say NONE. The very small amount of meat was horribly dry and overcooked, the gravy was extremely grossly oily and broken, and it even managed to have too much heat while having far too little flavor. I will never come back here again - NEVER. I recommend others follow my example. There is nothing like a good Indian restaurant...and this was nothing like a good Indian restaurant.

The Lamb Biryani, Chicken Biryani, and Mutton Mandi all had that classic Hyderabadi taste. Mirchi ka salan was a perfect throwback, just like how it’s done back in Hyderabad. A bit oily here and there, but nothing that ruined the meal. Ambience is not much to write about, here for the food and it's delivered!

Tried Hyderabad Biryani House yesterday and honestly, it wasn’t a good experience. We ordered mutton dum biryani, chili chicken, and tea. The biryani was bland and the meat wasn’t great.
I asked for a spicy appetizer and the server recommended chili chicken—but it was more tangy than spicy. When I mentioned it, he said it’s “American spicy,” which should’ve been said earlier. I asked to make it spicier, expecting something like 7 or 8 out of 10. But what I got was an extreme 10/10 level heat. It felt like the chef just dumped in chili powder without any balance or thought. As someone who enjoys spice, even I couldn’t handle more than a bite. My stomach hurt for hours afterward.
A chef should know how to handle spice properly—not just go all in blindly. Service and seating were fine, but the food and spice handling really ruined the meal for me.
Won’t be going back.

Awful hospitality in the entire US..!! Was shocked. Ordered haleem today, worst taste. I would never recommend anyone to this place. Worst experience. Haleem didn’t taste like haleem at all. Nothing good about this place. Zero hospitality. People here don’t respect you especially skinny, Indian waiter shows a lot of attitude towards customers.
Hate this place....all the positivereviews are fake...

I drove from Orlando, It’s a worth to have a mutton biriyani over there…
The tasty entrees were excellent but the tandoori rice was too dry for my taste.
Place is okayish , I wish they increase their quantity size as compared to other India restaurants their portion size is less on curries . They run out of the items easily even on weekends not sure why
Worst for online orders

I have ordered mutton dum biryani for takeout and can’t believe it’s not even cooked 50%, and they are too lazy to check and pieces are too big.
