The wait time was about 20 minutes. The place was very busy with people waiting to sit down. They're short of servers so you may have quite a wait time but the food comes out quickly.

This iHop is usually a hit, but I would say, this one hostess who walks around with purple headphones and a high school attitude, will keep guests away lol. She was not only rude when we asked politely if we had a server for our table as we waited almost fourty minutes, but ALSO tried to sabotage our meals because of it. Haven’t seen her in a while so hopefully she’s gone, but definitely need to bring it up to management, if they even care.
Renicesa was a wonderful server! She was very sweet and attentive, made our meal enjoyable :)

I gave the service and food 5 stars. The food was good but would have been better, had it been not cold! The waitress really tried but waiting for refills, and the ticket was ridiculous. But they seemed short staffed. and as far as 1 star for the atmosphere the way the restaurant is set up... There's a seating area kind of like a bar kind of overlooking the kitchen area or whatever, but there were several associates, just standing around arguing this was so unprofessional.
