Jersey Mike's Subs

My boyfriend and I tried Jersey mikes for the very first time and and we were incredibly happy that we tried it, we had to opt for the gluten-free buns which didn't taste at fresh or soft, which is kind of expected when getting a gluten-free sandwich.

I got a classic ham cheese and tomato sandwich with Mayo. The only thing that disappointed me a little was the flavour.

I wish they added a bit of salt, maybe all-purpose spice, maybe some potato spice, I just need it a little bit more flavour to my sandwich, but overall, we werre very happy.

The service was fantastic to say the least.

I usually order from the Clearwater location. Ordered online and was truly disappointed. 1st the order wasn't ready until 25 minutes after I arrive, 2nd it was very busy once I walked in to pickup my order. Then it was only 2 employees 🙄 they did the best that could with the volume that they had. Thats why I still provided 3 stars 🌟 for service. I felt sorry for them. Jersey Mike's your in a busy location, you should definitely have more staff! 😩

I walked into the store, deciding which sandwich I was going to get the little Spanish young lady was so sarcastic out of her mouth that it turned me off and I left jersey Mike’s . If you want sarcasm before you eat a meal rudeness go to the Jersey Mike’s in Temple Terrace on Bertha Palmer Parkway and the little young lady continuously using a rag never in the water to clean it but white something lay it down wipe something again no thank

I want to highlight the amazing service we received from Jeremiah. He was very kind, attentive, and professional during our visit. He also assisted us in English, which was very helpful for us. I eat at Jersey Mike's often. I usually order Cheese Steak sandwiches.
This time it was a disappointment. I ordered Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. It didn't have much flavor, mostly meat and lots of onions. Even worse, I found a hair in my sandwich.

The sand which itself was expensive asf. About $11 alone with out a combo. To be honest you’re better going to firehouse subs. Get u right with a sandwich and a combo for $11-12. On bro don’t come here

Hello can't believe after coming 2 x , there's no pastrami, same server from when we 1 st came in and she said the same thing!! I believe that if you the manager should order more , knowing this pro- mo is doing well.hopefully l can give a better review!!
Update: Nov.22nd ,we stopped by and 3 x is a charm, we got the classic pastrami and a chipotle pastrami and we can see why it's a hit , we was met by 2 associates one cooked and the other made sandwiches, very professional and courteous , thank you , definitely recommend.😁👍🙏

Hi thanks for that. I reached out a few days ago, I have not heard anything.

I placed online order and he made it and set it off to the side and started working on someone else's sandwich that walked in. He set mine off to the side and it was cold. Also this was one of the worst Phillies I've ever had from Jersey Mike's

I understand during the hurricane time they had a lot of customers. But the workers making sandwiches do not change their gloves enough. Touching a lot of stuff and cutting the meat and touching the cheese, I just don't like that.
