Can’t rate the food couldn’t even order. Husband went in to try and said the whole staff was running around pants sagging eating food acting like they were at home, phone ringing off the hook. Not trying to get food poisoning. Owner- tighten up on your hiring

Words can’t describe the level of ignorance you will experience when ordering inside this location by a young man who lacks the ability to perform the Job. I’m not sure if he is on the spectrum or has just used “playing dumb” as a personality trait throughout his life without correction from well minded adults. There is NOONE managing this location. Everyone there seems to be related because the blood seems thick when it comes to the few that I’ve encountered the last couple of times there. However, the main one lacking incompetence is always on the register when I visit and can never complete a customer transaction with the assistance of one of the other staff/ relatives whom all seem to be “slow” and look it. Idk how corporate can’t see this in the numbers. I’m not sure who’s doing the hiring , but they too may very be slow and should not be in positions over the public’s food. It’s not safe.

I used to regularly come to this location for pizza but after the last few pizzas have come with 25% more crust than ever before and the toppings cant even stay on the pizza half the time I just can’t keep supporting this business, I have recently switched to New York New York Pizza up the street because they actually serve you pizza worth eating.

07.12.2025 There is a miserable girl who works here who took my order. I received attitude and when just asking for extra garlic and parmigian on the sticks. Nasty attitude!
Edit: It's the next day after my visit, and I have the worst stomach pains! I honestly believe my bread sticks were tampered with after the customer service altercation yesterday, and I wish I was able to prove it. Bread shouldn't cause stomach pains. When I saw their overall reviews, I should've gone to the Fletcher location. They are an awesome crew over there, and I've never been sick to my stomach after eating at the Fletcher location. I honestly can't believe this.
This location really needs some management investigations.

Pizza here is NEVER hot & ready. Because i usually have to wait for pizza that’s supposed to be ready.. Tonight I ordered online. Still had to wait 10 minutes past the pick up time. Only to be served this?! And it wasn’t even HOT! Whoever sold me this folded cold as$ pizza I’ll be speaking with your manager!
