I used to regularly come to this location for pizza but after the last few pizzas have come with 25% more crust than ever before and the toppings cant even stay on the pizza half the time I just can’t keep supporting this business, I have recently switched to New York New York Pizza up the street because they actually serve you pizza worth eating.

07.12.2025 There is a miserable girl who works here who took my order. I received attitude and when just asking for extra garlic and parmigian on the sticks. Nasty attitude!
Edit: It's the next day after my visit, and I have the worst stomach pains! I honestly believe my bread sticks were tampered with after the customer service altercation yesterday, and I wish I was able to prove it. Bread shouldn't cause stomach pains. When I saw their overall reviews, I should've gone to the Fletcher location. They are an awesome crew over there, and I've never been sick to my stomach after eating at the Fletcher location. I honestly can't believe this.
This location really needs some management investigations.

Pizza here is NEVER hot & ready. Because i usually have to wait for pizza that’s supposed to be ready.. Tonight I ordered online. Still had to wait 10 minutes past the pick up time. Only to be served this?! And it wasn’t even HOT! Whoever sold me this folded cold as$ pizza I’ll be speaking with your manager!

Currently 6:48 the two young ladies that are working are extremely rude, nobody welcomes the customers at all i witnessed one of the young ladies become extremely rude with the Uber driver he walked in right before me, she proceeded to go behide the warmer talking loud why the f they just standing there, I was still standing there for ten mins never acknowledged, the young lady walked to the register handed a pizza and walked over to the phone and took it off the receiver so if any one is tryin to call in orders that’s why you can’t I’m still standing order never was taken I came here because it’s literally around the corner if I could give a zero I would the puffs ordered are old and reheated smh

Placed an order for a large, stuffed crust pizza online. It was ready in the store on time, and placed in the warming rack. Pizza was well equipped and shockingly delicious! I’ll be back again.
