Ordered a “hot-n-ready” item because I was in a rush but after I paid I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I understand they may be backed up, but wish I was told prior to paying. The music they had blasting in the store was extremely inappropriate - full of curse words and racial slurs. Staff was impersonal and almost seemed annoyed that customers were there. First and last time at Little Caesars.

Worst pizza place ever had to stand and wait over 20 mins just to be able to order. Their music was way louder than their door bell and their employees have no customer service experience what so ever. I was totally ignored the whole 20 mins I was waiting and the employees seen me and my family standing waiting to order our food. I'll never go there again and I would never recommend them to anyone.

We have waited over an hour waiting on our food to finish and when we went to checked if it was done they guy said its going in there right now like WHAT the food is NOW going in , like are you serious we’ve been waiting for a long time already.

The customer service here is the worst, i thought maybe the “managers” would handle an upset customer better but these men and woman couldnt be more unprofessional. I was hung up on repeatedly and they refused to put a manager on the phone so i had to pull all the way up there just to speak to them in person. I rarely ever leave bad reviews but they absolutely deserve it. Terrible customer service, I would clean house and rehire all new people. They dont deserve a manager position at all, anywhere.

Waited for about 30 minutes for someone notice me an others in the lobby was greeted but I could see they were kinda busy so I asked for my order wasn't ready had wait an additional time for y order it was hot
1-25-24 A group of us were outside waiting on the store to open up @ the temple terrace location on 56th St. I didn't know the other customers but they began to leave one by one because the sign said open @ 10:30am but they didn't open until after that. They didn't even have DOUGH PREPARED! You could hear the ghetto music from the street. Once I got in side they were so mean and and sad looking, one girl had her bed clothes on, Donald Duck slippers, one girl had her belly out and the manager was dressed even worse. The music was blasting! The manager acted as though it was business as usual. People were recording everything for YouTube. Lol. I will make sure I tell everyone to stay away from here, especially my students. They don't need to see this negativity in the workplace.Sincerely,Dr. David byrd
