Lolis Tacos - Temple Terrace

I’m really disappointed that I ordered $35 worth of tacos and got home for the whole order to be wrong i usually check my food before I leave but I was to busy with 4 kids to check today and im just upset because I just wanted what I paid for and now I call and they say basically oh well they can’t do anything for me 😔 extremely disappointed

I want to start by saying that we truly love Lolis. Unfortunately, this location has been a total disappointment twice in a row. If I’m spending $50+ on tacos, I expect the food to be hot and served in a decent portion. The restaurant just It’s not cleaned. The tables are not turned over when a customer leaves not even a slight wipe down.
This is especially frustrating because this is the closest location to me, and now it looks like I’ll have to drive 20 more minutes to another one just to get the quality I know and love. I really hope this can be addressed, because I’d like to continue coming here.

They really lost a lot of customers today by taking on a catering order their staff was not staffed to fill at prime lunch hours. I was one of the many that got refunded and wasted 30 minutes of my lunch and still need to eat. Very disappointed and frustrating. I do not recommend eating there for lunch.
