I purchased a "Surprise bag" of Mochinuts. 5 different flavors of their choosing. They were ok, but they are overrated, IMO.

They changed their boba pearls to cheap power ones and you can tell. I used to get the brown suger boba as a treat once and a while, but for some reason they changed to pearls that fall apart as you drink them. Hope they change them back, but i wont come back otherwise. Really liked this place to!!!

Drinks taste fine, donuts are still good if not a bit overpriced, but the tapioca boba is not good. It's not real boba, it's like they type you get from canned boba tea at the grocery store. They have a mushy texture and fall apart. If a drink costs this much it should have fresh tapioca boba not this. Staff was nice.

employees are nice amd the store is nice even the mochi donuts are nice but nothing is spectacular and the Boba leaves a lot to be desired..
Had a relaxing time with family. Very kind employees and very knowledgeable. Very laid back atmosphere. They even had a sofa and love seat.

I don’t know if yall sent all of your good employees to the new Tampa location that just opened up but the quality of the donuts been looking lazy, orders are never ready when requested for pickup via online and even when you are in-store I’ll tell my order and they forget or mess it up even when it’s not busy and takes foreverrrrrrrrr. We go almost every week for months, the change is disappointing
