The drinks here are pretty good—definitely worth a stop if you’re just grabbing something to go. But forget about staying more than 15 minutes. They recently removed all the seat cushions, and the chairs and benches are now uncomfortably hard. I was already shifting around after just a few minutes. Great tea, not-so-great seating.

Drinks are great but staff is rude. I ordered 3 drinks and was met with attitude and lack of customer service or care. I def won’t be back
Strawberry kiwi fruit tea with black tea, salt cream, extra sweetness, and boba was pretty yummy. The menu is super not customizable and had me feeling like I was gonna have an aneurysm trying to figure out a drink I could have since you can't change the tea base in any of the milk teas AND you can't order milk tea without tea in it, it's ridiculous. I don't like the Thai tea here but thankfully they allow you to swap out your drink if you don't like it, I was going to give 3 stars but I added a star back since they have really nice employees who were able to help me and tolerate me having a panic attack about the menu lol also it's cool they're open so late

The tea is so good. This place is a coinflip for best boba spot for me. Their boba is always amazing. Very consistent and very good. I like their green tea a lot. 100% sweetness is very very sweet i would recommend everyone to start at 50%

I love Naga! Their tea and drinks are really good. My fav is the Pandan Caramel Thai Tea, its super good! They also have wifi and its a really good spot for studying.
