Awesome place, nice fresh boba, good brown sugar milk tea, friendly people, and anime lover vibes. We visit like 3 times a week, and it's a great place to hang for a bit or pick up to go. They have some games you can play there, so they are definitely group friendly, just don't overwhelm the employees.Parking: Parking is shared as it is a large/cramped outlet mall situation. It can be difficult to find parking, but not as difficult as downtown tampa or anything.

This area is a true gem of the Temple Terrace area. I've been coming here for years and I thought I had written a review already. They offer a delicious variety of flavors and they have always been very kind, making sure to say hello and well wishes on every visit. A few of the staff will even remember my name. The ambience is fun with a wall of manga pages along a corner and various plants that are relaxing to look at.I try to order something different each time I stop by. My personal favorite is the Mango and Passionfruit combination fruit tea with brown sugar boba. They have many more fruits flavors, a slushee-like offering of Japanese yogurt, and various other specialty flavors like cookies and creme.I have never had a bad order or experience at this lovely establishment in all of my nearly weekly visits since 2017.Parking: Lot of parking, as it's in a strip mallKid-friendliness: Kids are definitely welcome here!

As I found myself in the vicinity with a hankering for tea, I serendipitously discovered Naga Tea. Stepping into this tea haven, I was immediately captivated by the splendid ambiance, which exuded a delightful and inviting atmosphere.Upon perusing the menu and engaging in a brief discussion with the knowledgeable server, I settled on the Mango Matcha and Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Anticipation filled the air as we awaited the arrival of our tea orders. In due time, our cups were graced with the presence of the milk teas. The Mango Matcha and Brown Sugar Milk Tea proved to be exquisite concoctions, expertly crafted and bursting with delightful flavors. Each sip was a refreshing journey, and the decision to indulge in these meticulously prepared milk teas turned out to be a brilliant choice.Naga Tea not only delivered on the promise of a delightful tea experience but also provided a welcoming sanctuary for tea enthusiasts. For anyone seeking a respite with delectable teas, Naga Tea stands as a commendable choice for a flavorsome and refreshing retreat.

MUST ORDER 25% SWEETNESS TO BE DRINKABLE. Trust me, even 50% taste like straight syrup. I'm not sure why they try to give diabetes to every customer as one sip of their regular (100%) is enough to put you in a sugar coma. 25% taste like a normal drink and will still be sweet. This applies to fruit teas and drinks like thai tea. Lots of ice for an expensive drink as well. I do like their coffee and lychee jellies.

Spent a decent amount of money here. Refuse to go back to this location though the employees are unprofessional & rude for no apparent reason. Most every time I order a drink from here it's $10, plus you get tipped be respectful & accommodating to all customers. I prefer the Bloomingdale location better if I ever decide to buy a drink from here again.

The boba was ok but the customer service needs some work. I wasn’t greeted when I went up to the counter and the staff looked like I was a bother to her.

I used to love to come here to study after class, but lately I’ve been so disappointed it’s just not worth it. I miss the original owners.I came here with a group of friends and we don’t like to complain or ask for something to be remade, but all of our orders were too sweet to drink after already asking for 50% less sweet. My husband politely asked for mine to be remade to 25% sweet and the employee started having an attitude and slamming cabinets while remaking it even sweeter than the original. I guess she must have been having a bad day, but I don’t want to go somewhere to be treated like that.

Rude staff, the lady was so rude to us after we told her it was too sweet to drink. We originally asked her to make 50% sweetness and it was still too sweet, so we asked to change it to 25%. She remade it even sweeter with an attitude. What a scam.

It wasn't very sweet which was nice but I wasn't expecting it so I ordered less sugar. I prefer it that way but I was just a little bit shocked haha! The prices are pretty good. They were super quick and the person taking my order was really nice. It smelled good it just had THE vibes. I love the vibes!
