The servers put hot plates of food near my 2 year old child. The steaks when they did come out were raw when I asked for medium. The server we had was nonexistent. We got no refills and never saw server except when he took our order. Not coming back to this place again even if we where given a free ride. Not worth it. The tab was $90.

I have never had this poor of an experience from an Outback before. We walk in, and are treated well, and placed into a location to dine. The shift manager came out, and stated she would be placing our order into the kitchen on the behalf of our waiter. We let her know the drinks and appetizer we wanted. She brought both within a few minutes and then that was it. We sat there for just over 30 minutes, waiting for for a waiter, so that we could place our dinner order. We hadn’t seen anyone else the entire time. As the shift manager stood up at the managers computer or whatever it was, I was going to go ask if we could place our dinner request, when I saw a younger man walking up to her, placing on his uniform, as if he was either late, or had gotten called in due to someone else not being on shift. The manager points in the direction of our section in which he tends to two 6+ party tables, as well as us. The shift manager, was of no help to the server as he seemed to be overwhelmed with all of the tables. He finally gets to us, and brings plates, in which 3 out of the 3 plates were dirty with black and brown specks of whatever on them. I told my child and spouse not to eat off of them. We finally get our dinner order, almost an hour into being at the location from an order runner. And it wasn’t even done correctly. After taking so long, we didn’t even bother asking for it to be corrected. So we just dealt with it the way it was. And while just dealing with it, the lady at the table 2 down from us, also was outspoken about how her entire meal was messed up, and had to be remade. Mind you, they remade hers, and got it at the same time that her party was finished eating, so she just took it to go… Now, We didn’t see the server at all again until it was time to get the check, in which we had to ask for it, so we could finally leave. During this time, we witnessed the shift manager just standing up at her podium the entire time, not at all help the server or any of the other people with the section, leave half way through this ideal. Needless to say, I’ve been to Outbacks all over the country, and this was BY FAR the worst location I’ve ever been to. For the price I paid, I was ripped off.

The food was great, the first time we visited as a big family with infant. The staff was nice, never really enjoy being placed in the corner of a restaurant though.
It was 5pm and they were out of prime rib, my mother in law was not happy.

Had high expectations for Outback as we usually have a great experience anywhere we visit. This franchise owner clearly doesn’t believe in quality control. Overhead lighting in the place feels like an 80s dive bar. Tables were left unbussed for over half an hour around us. Dirty floors and bathrooms. Apps and salads came out quick and were good, but nothing else did. We waited 45 minutes between apps and main. Our waitress was good but clearly frustrated with slow kitchen and bussers. Our steaks were overcooked, tough and over seasoned. Vegetables were mush and cold. On top of that you could hear the kitchen staff cackling like hyenas as if they were straight out of the movie “Waiting”. The owner needs to take a hard long look at this investment and ask themselves if disappointing clients is worth the $$$. Not a manager in sight. 😢

Honestly thought the restaurant and bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. Server was nice but seemed like she was in a rush. Blooming onion and macaroni and cheese were good but somewhat lackluster.

Last 3 times we went there food either took forever ( over 1 hour) or they messed up our order or both things… We only insisted in going back because it’s extremely close to our house and they’re pretty much the only place open late.

My Togo order was super overcooked and Dalaria? The female manager was extremely helpful and sweet. She resolved my issue, despite them not having a rare piece of prime rib. Management and staff is great but the prime rib isn't even pink, wahhh sad face. So I would order a bit under temp if possible (prime rib always cooked ahead of time so unfortunately I couldn't get anything below a medium cook) xxx to the manager!

Nothing was Outbacks fault. We couldn't enjoy a meal because of VD Day 🤣 my husband & I been together 20+ years. I think we're over valentine. But we will definitely return soon.
I can't really say much for atmosphere because I ordered a to-go meal. The filet mignon was $30 and it tasted like a bunch of roast beef stacked on to each other. Also, I just couldn't believe the price of them. When I ordered a loaded baked potato with everything on the side, instead of individually placing the green onions, sour cream, butter and bacon it was all in one container. So I got like two little pieces of things. Like c'mon.

This is the most disgusting Outback I've ever been to. Sadly, that's the problem with chain restaurants, a location like this can ruin the name for the ones that are actually representing them properly. The staff was a bunch of younger girls that gave off the impression that they deserved to be tipped without doing the work. They were pushy and rushing orders. The bathrooms were soo disgusting, again a problem that is probably happening because the staff feels like they are too good to do their jobs
