Went to Outback Steakhouse for my birthday and had the BEST experience thanks to our server Jenn. When I tell you she was top-tier, I mean that. Super attentive, warm, funny, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She really made me feel celebrated on my birthday, not just like another table.
Food was hitting, but Jenn is truly what made the night special. If you’re coming here, ASK FOR JENN. She’s a gem and deserves all the praise and good tips 💕✨

Did curbside pickup. When I got there everything was clean and beautiful like always. Texted to let them know I was there. Within minutes a very pleasant young lady came up to my window with both my and someone else food. She said my name and gave me my food. The food was hot and fresh when I got home to enjoy. One of my favorite places ever time.

Recently, I decided to try every Outback in Tampa. This one by far, is the worst. Food comes out half cold half hot. My prime rib was room temperature while my sweet potato almost burnt my mouth. (Clearly microwaved ). Waitress did all she could but unfortunately the kitchen staff here is really really poor. I hope a manager can hop back there and see what’s going on because this was embarrassing. I love Outback, not this one.
