I am a U.S Army Veteran which purchased items to eat. I asked to use the bathroom (diabetes) and the worker stated for EMPLOYEES only. Which it did state that once I looked again. This restroom should be located in the back. Paying customers should be able to use the restroom. I will NOT be visiting there again! Horrible!

I used to have so much faith in Pizza Hut. They always had the best pizza. Tonight they delivered soggy, undercooked, disgusting garbage that I'm attempting to make edible by finishing in my oven on a pan. I guess if i want pizza from now on Im going to have to buy frozen pizza.

I did A Walk in at this location at night time around 10:00 p.m. I literally had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to assist me at the front counter, when there was no one in the store at all they literally had NO customers! no one was visible in the back area or anything, it was like ghost town inside of there. there was an older black guy who was taking out the trash, once he notice me he yelled to the rest of the team that someone was at the register 15 minutes later no one came after a while and African-American gentleman with dreads came to the register to take my order I then advised him that I had been waiting for a while and could he offer me some type of discount or accommodate me for this. He was not sympathetic at all about the situation and told me it was nothing that he could do and proceeded to take my order I paid full price for my order which took forever to be prepared. After receiving my order there was a piece of hair on my pizza after the way I was treated at pizza hut that night i decided not to call based on how I was treated when I visited in person, I knew that I would not get far with a phone call at this location so I'm writing this review for anyone looking forward to coming to this location at night time this is definitely an unprofessional/Unsanitary location at night time! I'm not sure how things are handled during the day shift but I had the worst experience ever and on top of that I was NOT accommodated for the experience that I had here. Other than that Pizza Hut is still number one -BUT NOT THIS LOCATION!!

If I could give no stars I would my wife ordered her and my son a pizza bbq chicken to be exact it only took 15 mins to get to them when they got the food it was ice cold like they took it out the freezer and put it in the oven for a second it looked nasty I paid my hard earned money to feed my family trash that's not right 0 stars DO NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY HERE

How bad it is to enter the restaurant and within minutes smell that smell of drugs, the surprise is that at the entrance there are employees smoking weed as if nothing had happened, normal in this country

This is the third and final time I order from here. This location has absolutely disgusting pizza. It was soggy flavorless. Every time. The breadsticks were dry and had very little seasoning and the pizza was so greasy that it was soggy. Quality control is lacking at this location compared to others.

Placed an order online for pickup the order was $15.89 and they charged my card $19.00 giving themselves a tip when I called Cinnamon answered and gave me this bogus excuse make sure to sign your receipts or use cash only! Currently disputing with my bank and will be calling their corporate officer
