The same lady that cashed me out gave such attitude when I brought my order back for two items being wrong. I paid at store and confirmed my order just for it to be wrong when I got home. Another lady ask who cashed me out and they go in the back to complain. The manger fixed my order no questions asked. I was not looking for an apology or refund but was served a bunch of bad customer service.

Omg I love this location!!!! Outstanding employees && customer service. Ms. Ciadelia is such a beautiful spirit….I drove 30 minutes && passed 3 different HUTS because She lit up my evening so much over the phone. Come here…They won’t let you down.

This is the worse pizza hut I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They messed up my order. The delivery driver left it outside in the rain. I called back to try and rectify the issue with my order..A very annoyed employee answered the phone. After hearing her sigh every time i spoke, she finally stated that she would have the order redone.. this was at 924pm..1130pm rolls around still no pizza. Call back and I get to speak to the store manager Cheyenne, which by the way is the same person I spoke to earlier. I finally get the order around midnight. Needless to say..I trashed it.. I'm sure they did something to it. This place is a joke.. save your time and energy.. you're better off buying a tombstone pizza..

Gave me the tiniest micro cup of jalapeños for $1.60 almost $2 for 5 jalapeños slices is crazy when five star pizza down the street gives you bigger portions for less of a price will keep my business strictly with them from now on. Stop being greedy when the food is mid to begin with.

No one out pizzas the hut! Pizza Hut truly does have a unique flavor and is by far my favorite pizza even over fancy pizzerias. And this new ranch flight is awesome.

I am a U.S Army Veteran which purchased items to eat. I asked to use the bathroom (diabetes) and the worker stated for EMPLOYEES only. Which it did state that once I looked again. This restroom should be located in the back. Paying customers should be able to use the restroom. I will NOT be visiting there again! Horrible!

I used to have so much faith in Pizza Hut. They always had the best pizza. Tonight they delivered soggy, undercooked, disgusting garbage that I'm attempting to make edible by finishing in my oven on a pan. I guess if i want pizza from now on Im going to have to buy frozen pizza.
