I was a regular customer until today’s experience resulted in a true hater of this place. I would rather recommend CHEWY’s! I inquired about a flavor and was persuaded by the clerk to purchase. I tried the winter melon flavor and wasn’t pleased. I asked for a different flavor and was informed of their refund policy. I explained to the clerk that I was unsatisfied and not looking for a refund. Let’s just say me and my crew will NOT be returning customers. Hopefully other unsatisfied customers will have a better experience.

The tea I enjoyed was the Lemon Honey ?.Very aromatic and flavorful.The employees are super sweet and the shop itself is a fun lil spot for great tea and boba?

Good attention,We just used your bathroom and was disappointed. The toilet paper was not placed properly but on top of the holder. The toilet seat had pee and the male employee just came from the bathroom.. it smelled terrible. The plumbing wasn't great either and the toilet paper didn't flushed.. please have better bathroom maintenance.. thank you. The boba shakes were good rough and the vibe is nice.

Too bad their the only one who's has Thai tea .My advice is, don't go there till noon. They do not have anything ready at 11:00 am, which is the time they are open for business. I don't usually eat here. The fact is, that my mom wanted thai boba tea.

I’ve been to multiple quickly all around FL I have to say this is the worst food I have ever tasted in my life from quickly , Majority of the time I order my self a popcorn chicken bowl, The bowl i received was absolutely disgusting , the chicken was extremely soggy and tasted rubbery. The shrimp tempura was horrible as well and extremely soggy. The food overall just felt as if they had extra from the night prior and just heated it up the microwave. I do have to the say the young lady at the front is extremely nice and good with customer service , other than that the food here is horrible and whoever cooked it needs to be fired.
On two separate occasions, I ordered a specialty drink ( S-Class). The first time themale employee made it well. On the second Acacian a female employee made my the same drink. However, it wasn’t the same outcome. She forgot the coffee, the main ingredient!! I realize less this only when I got home because I was in a hurry to go somewhere else. Also, they did not have any boba ready. They said they would have some in 20 minutes….20 minutes I didn’t have. I had to do without. They didn’t even offer a discount for the boba. (Drinks come with boba) I had ordered 7 drinks for my group. The female employee did not look happy to take our order in the beginning for whatever reason. Another thing, their glass entry door was filthy. It looked like 10 toddlers, smeared it with whatever. However, Inside the store was good.

This is quite literally my favorite place to stop in and get a drink and a bite to eat. The atmosphere is both causal and studious. I would honestly come in just for the service provided by the staff alone. I love this place and 5 stars couldn’t even begin to do it justice because they deserve far more!

After making this my go-to boba place, I was so disappointed with the service today. The store was largely empty yet the cashier completely ignored us. She didn't even give us the courtesy of eye contact or a "be right there". We waiting ten minutes at the till, hoping to get some kind of service before eventually leaving. Incredible lack of customer service. I won't be going back.
I will always go out of my way to stop in for some boba or a bite to eat! This place is a hidden gem and I could not begin to recommend it highly enough. I absolutely love the staff. They are beyond friendly and you can tell they care about each and every guest that walks through their doors. Even beyond that, the food and drinks speak for themselves!

Really enjoy this Boba place! Staff is friendly and the drinks are amazing as well as good prices for the drinks and food! My favorite is the Birthday Cake milk slush (Taro, Vanilla, and Cotton candy). My only suggestion would be to get better lids for the Super Chubby size so it doesn't leak if held at a slight angle.

Along with wonderful bubble tea, the food options are amazing. Service is always great. There's a good variety of seating and they have board games available as well. A good study spot.
