Went tonight. The food was pretty good. The Nashville hot fish was great and very fulfilling! I order the collards greens and max and chesse, but barely could eat it because the sandwich was so big! Exactly customer service and food came out fairly quick. It was a few ppl ahead of us, so a slight wait. But reasonable. will come back for sure.

We had the most amazing dinner from Half Moon Seafood! They have created the most delicious seafood dinners. The breading is not too heavy and the filets are moist and flaky. We ordered grouper, whitefish, and shrimp which were ALL Delicious. Have to mention the packaging is A+. It is a cardboard container which helps keep the food hot but not steamed and soggy. Not only is the food first rate but the customer service is wonderful! Great owners, food and service! So glad to finally have a good seafood place in Temple Terrace. **I forgot to mention that the keylime pie cup is mouth watering :)

So glad they’re back open!!! Quick delivery for only $1 and food was SO good! Will be ordering again soon!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! The staff has been so friendly and welcoming! We absolutely love the fried bird and Nashville hot! We can’t wait to go back!

SO HAPPY Y'ALL ARE BACK! One of my favorite seafood restaurants in the Tampa area! The Po'Boys are my absolute favorite...but honestly you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Highly recommend!

The sushi and the shrimp gyoza was delicious! Very nice people. Def try the shrimp tempura roll.

Amazing I'm from a fishing city in Massachusetts and the fish here is fantastic as well as the shrimp. The value is outstanding and this place will get my business as long as I'm here...

They give you a lot of fish when you order their sandwiches. The fried catfish had a good crunch and the batter tasted great. Definitely will come back when craving some fried fish.

Been to the Shack many times. It has always been excellent. Today it was made known that they will no longer have whiting. Bad move. That was my go to. A great fish not often seen in restaurants. This will probably backlash as I would notice many many people would order whiting. I hope this is not a trend with other items.

My favorite place to get fried shrimp. But they have a variety of other seafood that I haven't tried. Love the many different sides.

Delicious fresh seafood. Loved that the shrimp and fish was lightly breaded. They were seasoned perfectly. The collard greens were tasty. Food came out quickly. Great price and good customer service. We will definitely visit again next time we are in the Tampa area.

After seeing this place many times, I decided to give it a try for lunch. If I could rate it, it would be a 4.5! The portions are large and there is a variety of fish from which to choose. The fish was lightly breaded and nicely fried. Additionally, there are a variety of side dishes from which to choose, and of course you can always choose shrimp, or crab cakes as your main entree. Oh and did I mention I had a fish basket, which looked like a dinner platter!

Very good. First timer. Food was served hot and tasty. Price was not bad either. Cashier/server was very friendly. Will try and go again before leaving town in a couple of days.
