A couple of years ago, I used to go to this location every day with my Granddaughter, who has allergies and requires a special order. We have since moved and no longer have the occasion to go there as frequently, but when we do, I’m amazed that some of the staff members still remember us! I am already paying way more than these ingredients are worth. Yet, as this is a treat for my child, we will share a smoothie. I have never gone to this location before and never will again. Not only was my smoothie not filled to the top, the employee had the audacity to demand I pay for a second, empty cup that I pour my child's portion in. NEVER has this been a thing at any other location. Penny-pinching will repel even more customers. Such a disgusting display in front of other customers too--arguing with me in a very rude tone. Get your store a place people love to come to or just close. Grubbing money with attitude makes everyone angry.

Your employees need to listen to the customers. I came in and I asked for a 20 ounce smoothie with a large ice water on the side. He rang me up $15 for the biggest smoothie. You guys don’t have a screen that tells you exactly what they put so It went over my head. And when I got the drink, they shrugged it off when I said I did not ask for this So I left. I want to go back and ask for a refund, but I understand you guys have a good quality smoothies and things happen but it entirely makes me upset to see companies, not listen to their Customers.

Been here so many times and each time their smoothies are consistently amazing! As someone who used to work at a smoothie shop these are seriously my favorite smoothies ever. My favorites are the Hulk smoothie with pecan ice cream or the peanut butter ones.
Also ordering off Uber Eats was a really fast and nice experience, they seal the smoothie lid and also package it in a sealed bag. They wrote thank you on the bag and attached some coupons. Always a great experience with this Smoothie King!

The atmosphere is chill especially on a hot day in Florida! My Smoothie King Friend, Monique in Temple Terrace, helped me create an amazing combination. This smoothie and the fast friendly service, made me forget I originally wanted ice cream! I had the Gladiator with Chocolate and my two extras were peanut butter and vanilla yogurt ice cream!?
