Me and co workers grab coffee here in the morning after working overnights. Sometimes everything is perfect but usually the coffee tastes burnt like it was sitting for a bit longer than it should, when getting flavored coffee drinks there is no consistency. Everytime flavored coffee is bought it taste different from when we got it before. It's either sweeter, less flavor, too much flavor, ect. Staff is super nice and friendly and the food has always been consistently good and always tastes the same.

The absolute worst customer service. Will never be coming back. The person taking my order in the drive through kept saying ‘anything else’ every two seconds i couldn’t even get my drink through and then I get to the window and my drink is wrong. I ask for a remake and they make it wrong again. Just horrible experience

It was busy when I went but the staff were still friendly. Good coffee.
Horrible for delivery drivers. Orders are kept behind mobile orders and in store orders, never called out when ready like all the others, not always labeled with the name of the customer, nobody looks up to see what is going on in the lobby, and today was the second day this week there were flies on the food and drinks at the pickup counter. Had two orders canceled because they took too long. Never delivering for this location again.

Currently in the drive through and was rushed to order I could not get out my entire order without the girl stating “is that all” every sec I spoke once I pulled up to the window to get my drink and realized it was in correct she rolled her eyes and I can hear skinny dark haired girl with glasses that worked the window today at this time!!! Never coming back to this Starbucks again the second drink they made was even worst cup full of caramel no drizzle lol I want my money back I have my daughter in the car $9 waisted or else I would have asked for the proper drink I’m paying for
