The priority of this location is the drive thru, I prefer the counter service. Had to wait as first in line for over 5 minutes.....asked for pastry to be warmed up, it was then left on the counter to get cold. Entire staff was working on the drive thru orders. Peppermint Mocha was gritty and untimely. Not a fan of this location, will be going local only from now on.

I ordered a pumpkin chai today and the cup with filled with ice for a tall that is just ridiculous, I literally had two sips and $6 later. I will never buy a cold chai again! What a rip off!

Update August 2024 I stopped to get another coffee ordered the same thing I always order but this time the cup was a little more than halfway full so now for the $6 you don't even get a full cup of coffee this place is nothing but epic fail...

My son picked up a cup of coffee for me from this location. I ordered a venti hot coffee. They filled the cup so full it spilled and made a complete mess. They didn't put the plastic stick in the lid to try and seal it. See the attached picture. Very disappointed. Other than not enough creamer, the coffee did taste good.
