I Really NEVER Leave Reviews But I Moved Closer To This Starbucks In Hopes Of Still Getting Treated The Same As I Do At The One Down On West Hillsborough Near Interstate! I Am Very Dissatisfied With This Place. Ive Given Them Multiple Times To Get It Right. Been Coming Here Since October And Its Just A Hard No! Id Rather Drive A Little Further Down To Fletcher My Drink Has Only Been Correct 2 Out Of The Hundred Times Ive Come & Everytime Literally Someone Is Getting Trained. No Problems From The Staff I Give You'll That But I'm So Good Until Yall Get It Together Which After Reading The Reviews Seems Like NEVER!!

This is the worst place to come šŸ‘Ž the manager is simply rude, I work doing Uber East and I went to pick up an order and at that moment I answered the phone for a call and the manager got up and told me to go outside the premises to answer the call 😔, so I canceled the order and left! For the first time in my life I felt discriminated against because of my Latin origin! I do not advise you to go to that place if you do not want to receive bad treatment from that lady.

This place is just plain slow. I stopped coming here for a while because of the slow mobile order service, but finally tried again today and it's still the same. I can order from the Dunkin which is further from me and have my food ready. Here if you order ahead you will still wait 20 minutes once you arrive.

Extremely rude staff. I waited 25 minutes for my mobile order and when I asked for a cup of ice because my drink calls for extra ice the woman snapped at me and told me it would be a while. My banana bread that was supposed to be warmed was sitting in a bag at the food station for so long it was cold.

Service is slow. I always have to clean my drink up before I go out to my car and if I’m in the drive-through, I have to ask for extra napkins because the drink is always leaking down the side or in the lid making a mess Drinks are always messy every time. When asking a question. Nobody wants to answer a question or even acknowledge that I’m trying to talk to them. Every app order I do then have to go in store, in the app and show my order because it’s messed up when get in store to pick up. asking for straws etc they never give to you and point in the direction for you to go get it no words of communication. Then it’s never stocked.

I usually go here for my iced latte I recently went through the drive-thru the other day and while at the speaker ordering my drink two Rats literally ran across the screen while I was ordering I screamed and pulled off as I pulled around I noticed that Starbucks back door was cracked open I advised the young lady at the window of what I had just saw and i suggested that they close the back door to the restaurant. And even though these rodents were outside crawling across the ordering screen its still disgusting and no one wants to have that type of experience while in the Drive-Thru maybe this place needs to have a pest control company come out to secure the whole surrounding area because that was disgusting just based on that one experience I am now going to be going to the Starbucks a little further down I won't be coming to this location again because I don't want anything jumping in my car while I'm ordering.

I used to be a daily customer of this location however recently I went here and waited nearly 30 mins in the drive thru for my mobile order and when I got to the window it still was not completed so I asked for refund which the associate in the window denied and told me I needed to go inside for my coffee to which I said I didn’t want to go inside I would like a refund and the woman threatened to call ā€œtemple terrace policeā€ on us. I would suggest to go the extra mile to one of the Fowler locations as they are always fast, efficient and extremely kind.
