The whole team is incredibly kind and helpful. Also a great place to get my work done. I’ve made more connections, developed more ideas at that Starbucks in the last 3 years that I have in any other space that’s not my own shower or the beach 😃.

Deep disappointment over inhumane and disrespectful treatment toward me and my service dog

I never imagined having to write something like this about a chain I once considered a safe place — a refuge, a space where I could sit peacefully, work on my computer, and enjoy a drink. But what I experienced recently wasn’t just deeply disappointing — it was humiliating, and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

On June 28th, around 7:00 p.m., I visited your location. I ordered two lemonades from my car and then decided to sit outside with my service dog, who was clearly identified by his harness. The moment I stepped inside, I was shouted at by a female employee wearing glasses who, in front of everyone, told me, “No pets are allowed.”

Let me be clear: my dog is not a pet. He is a service dog, legally protected and essential to my well-being.

When I calmly informed her of this, she responded with an even worse attitude. I then approached the male employee, also wearing glasses, to kindly ask for a cup of water for my dog — and he yelled at me, saying, “We don’t give anything for free, not even water.” I explained I had just made a purchase, and after insisting, he finally handed me a cup with only ice in it — an obvious act of hostility.

This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional — it’s disrespectful, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable, especially when directed at someone accompanied by a service animal.

I hope this incident is taken seriously. Your staff must be properly trained on how to interact respectfully and legally with people who depend on service animals. No one should ever be made to feel embarrassed, rejected, or humiliated for simply existing with the support they need.

Guys. This dude at the front counter, unmatched. Just try him. Ask him a question, anything. He’s goated with the sticks. Landon, has repeatedly gone out of his way to provide me with excellent customer service. May his coffee serve you well, in your journey as you travel through.

Rude employees go all the time and everyday the employees at drive through are rude attitude rolling there eyes and taking a long time to make drinks asked for my Danish warmed they gave me a cold one and smiled about it when I said it's not warm asked for a napkin one lady came up and asked the other worker why is she still at the window always messing up my drink the customer service is not there drive through window worker always have attitude when they see me I go everyday

The manager BROOKE will call the cops on you for sticking around even after you’ve purchased a drink from this establishment and smile in your face. DON’t spend your money here.

I was working outside of Starbucks after purchasing a bagel and coffee. The manager Brooke violated my civil rights and called the cops on me in assumption that I was doing illegal activities bring that I had my Internet box plugged in with my work cable cord going into my laptop. The police came and questioned what kind of activities was i involved in. I proved to the officer that I was working from home but due to the nature of my homelessness i was working from the car. I requested a refund and was denied and then Brook the manager at Starbucks got be trespassed

Update: response from owner ignored my review. I'm sure any employee would make the beverage again, but there isn't a Starbucks employee in my car, and people who go through the drive thru don't always have time to turn around and ask for a new beverage. My beverage was not made incorrectly; I was given someone else's order. The employee said my name correctly, and then handed me someone else's beverage. I could have checked, but didn't until a tasted it down the road because the employee said my name. Why would I think she gave me a beverage with someone else's name on it after saying my name? I don't expect Starbucks to do anything, but if you respond, at least pay attention to my review.

Picked up a mobile order in the drive thru, and had already driven down the road when I tasted that it wasn't my order. I needed to bring my son to piano lessons, so I couldn't go back. I definitely do not have the same taste as the other person, so I threw the drink away.

This Starbucks should not take 10 -15 mins at a drive thru to serve people when I come up to the window I should already have my drink in hand not watching them make my drink this is ridiculous they need to be a little more efficient .

The brewer or maybe the attendant was extremely rude. I ordered one cappuccino and I probably expect 1/3 foam rather 2/3 foam. I politely asked her to add more milk to my cappuccino and she just literally scolded telling me that I should have ordered a latte next time. And I said it's too much foam and she said it's like that we'll probably correct but she has to hear all from me. You can't put less then 1/3 cup of coffee and rest foam on the cup.
