Bread was hard, instructions not followed and when I came to pick up my order they asked for the name put it on the counter and walked away, I didn't know if that was it or if everything was there, poor customer service.

Food not as good as previously. Very bland. Tuna was spread so thin I couldn't see it under the shredded cheese. White Cashier/manager asked the white lady ahead of me for her phone number to access her rewards account. Advised lady how to best use her rewards account. When she waited on me she didn't ask for neither my phone number or if i had a rewards account AND I DO HAVE ONE... she Didn't offer a receipt or gave me any napkins. The black dude with dreads who is always there never turns on the open sign and closes the lights to make it seem that it's not open. Walk up to ithe door and open sesame seed; WALLAH, it open.

The food was good but the bathroom was disgusting.
They were out of steak and didn't have any other bread other than white bread. It was disappointing but I know it happens sometimes and is out of ppls control from time to time. The sandwich was built half-a*sed but overall the taste was good.

Ok, new decorations and new kitchen area. Food is another story. My bread was not fresh but old. Bread was flaking apart as I ate but a little hard. Not heated at all. 11.00+ sandwich, and im not happy. Do better, Subway..... oh, please change sweet onion sauce back, subtract the Teri sauce.

While not in a good neighborhood, they have great sandwiches and lots of good employees. The people from corporate were there making inspections and such, but instead of just putting up more posters, they should be cleaning up the parking lot. U can be in the ghetto without being ghetto. Just pick up your garbage and pull some weeds every day. Also the churro was hype.
