Hi recently we stopped in to subways on 56 th st.was met by a gentleman he was very polite , l gave 4 stars due to they didn't have much due to delivery which he stated tomorrow , which wasn't he fault , but all n all Scvs was good and our sandwich was good .???

Burned all 3 of my breads, olives had pit almost broke a tooth, waste of money, 25 mins to walk in and out slow service w the new employees always a line now. Every time there's an issue with the orders with the new girls. Go somewhere else!

Horrible service the (old lady) who seems to have nothing else better to do decides to bother me while I'm waiting on my ride in the lobby, she tells me to order something to stay sitting in the lobby so I do just that and after my purchase I throw away the useless item because I only got it to stay in the lobby she then proceeds to tell me to get out her store and she's calling the cops an absolute joke to say the least horrible service I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. She should be fired and by looking at other reviews it seem other have problems with her too seems like she has nothing else better to do with her life but bother others she is no help whatsoever anyone would be a bettter replacement

The customer service at this place is horrific. The two elderly ladies were very slow, and their whole attitude towards the customer screams that they don't want to be there. They were not welcoming at all. It is such an ideal location, but the turn off is the disgruntled employees who should never be frontline workers. The one who is the manager is awful..late to open, doesn't care to interact with the customers, mumbling derogatory comments. Is it too much to ask to be greeted with a smile... They are not good for Subway marketing image. ?
Stopped in for a sandwich. Found out that they did not have the veggie. Patty. The person I spoke with said that they would not keep in the refrigerator long enough to be profitable. I suggested perhaps he freezes them like most of the stores do...... Apparently that would be too much work. I would recommend going to the one up by Fowler they have it going on!!!
