For the love of God. PLEASE DONT ORDER A SALAD FROM HERE. This shit just pissed me off so bad. Who puts green peppers in a salad. Entire slices of bacon not cut up. This is the most low effort shit I've ever seen but very on par for this location. Every take out order I've ever got from this location has been WRONG

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. The “assistant manager” was highly disrespectful. I order a sub with 50% more meat and I got a cold day old bread trash sandwich. I have never had bread from subway that was cold and hard. No way I was eating this. I asked for the Hand name and he stated “it’s public record, look it up.” Simple question and he acted a straight butthead. He couldn’t even get my chips right. I would never order from this location again and I will be calling corporate tomorrow!

This place changed owners this past summer (2024) So service has gotten better. The changing of ownership is the only reason I started coming back to this location. So far, the service is very good. They are very quick on making your sub the way you want it. The employees I have met are very polite.
I do use the Subway App to do my orders, which makes it very convenient. Order online and it's ready when I get there. So I do not have that much interaction with the employees.
So far, everything I have ordered is been the way I wanted it unlike the last owner.

Went in this location and I've noticed it has new owners. I was not greeted by no employees which should be. Both bathrooms were dirty. Women's bathroom had no trash bag in the trash can. Men's bathroom trash was over flowing with trash. Bleach bottle was on the back of the toilet. When I 1st walked in the windows were very dirty. Soda fountain wasn't clean. Customers were walking out due to the employees being slow. I walked out and didn't get anything because it just was to dirty for me.

Last night I ordered a sandwich and it was made wrong, I called the store and the girl was very nice and said I could come back tonight for a new one. Tonight I arrived at 8:30pm and the doors were locked so I went in the drive thru line. The young boy working told me he was currently not making any orders for thirty minutes because he was cleaning. I asked him if there was a phone number I could call back to speak to management and he said he didn't know, I asked him if there was a time I could come in to talk to management when they would be here and he said he didn't know. He then proceeded to spit on the ground while we were talking, I asked him what his name was and he refused to give it to me and walked away.

It seems like mobile app ordering is not supported at this store. They also don’t accept app coupons even though the store is listed as a “participating location”. The phone number listed here on Google is not hooked up and the one listed on the subway restaurant has a full voicemail. I don’t know who the new management is but they’re not going to last in this location again if this continues.

‘Kee’ (name on name tag) is extremely rude. Not only to customers but to the workers as well. Why is it necessary to yell and scream? She doesn’t need to be working anywhere where there is customers involved. We will not be back.
