our first time in tampa and this was the best tasting and experience we’ve had. the food and appetizers were too good and they have the best service and rita is such a good server very friendly people. always worth a visit i highly recommended if your visiting tampa. we will be coming back.

I went to this shawarma place and was really disappointed with the service.The young lady with the scarf was especially unprofessional — rolling her eyes and acting rude while taking the order, It completely ruins the experience . she acts like she’s doing you a favor!! The food might be okay, but the attitude is terrible. I won’t be coming back.

Food taste is 10/10. Atmosphere is great. However ive been here alot, used to be my go to place until i had to move out of the city. They have a little timing issue with delivering the food on time. Every time i order food online and it says its gonna be ready at certain time it always takes 25 more minutes for them to finish it. So everything is really good and tasty but waiting time(even if you order it a head of time to not wait) is too much.
Theres reasons why we order it a head of time. And the fact that they told me like 3 times “its gonna be 10 more minutes” its crazy to me. Again, want to make clear if you don't mind waiting 10-30 more minutes than you should, you will have a 10/10 experience, however if you want to just pick up and go, you will be in for a waiting surprise. FOOD IS AMAZING. But making paying customers wait longer than usual its makes the experience a 2/5 for me. And this is not a one time thing. This was my go to place for eating shawarma and they consistently had made me wait for very long extended periods of time. Even ordering it online!
