Absolutely unacceptable. Waited at the speaker box 5 mins before some even said anything, then after waiting for another 10 mins in the line to get to the window some lady hangs out of the window ( yes while another customer was at the window also waiting at least 10 mins before we got there) and yells “you need to order at the speaker box!” And when we try to tell her we did she just kept yelling the same thing.

Lady at the drive thru was so rude! Yelled at us about spoons and our change! DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS!
