I wish I checked the reviews before ordering from this location. I have ordered 30 wings along with fries and chicken tenders for a gathering and it was the worst wings ever. It was cold, dry and stale. It was so embarrassing but unfortunately it was late at night. So I called the following day and spoke to Lay the manager and somehow couldn’t bring up the order and told me she can’t do anything and call 4 days later to speak to the general manager. So called and spoke to another manager his name, Xavier and he was very rude and he said people eat the food and call back to get the money and also if the wings were so bad why I didn’t collect it from the guests’s plates and bring it back not to mention that was late at night. I also told him that this is not gonna be a good review and he said he did not care. This place needs better management and cook.

Ordered my food at 10:37am and got there at 10:47 the doors were locked because the manager was late. I finally received my food at 12:00

I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was actually ready in about 10-12 minutes so when I got there the fries were cold and the bottom of the wings were saturated in oil and grease. I requested lemon pepper seasoning on my fries but instead got fry seasoning, I asked for well done fries but fries were soggy and cold. I requested 6 hot honey wings and the wings were soggy, and didn’t even taste or smell like hot honey rub (which is strange because you can see the sauce or grease at the bottom of the container and it looks like what I usually get but something was completely off). I also asked for extra parmesan on my corn and I didn’t get any at all. Unfortunately the sad thing about it was the receipt was correct and even checking the bag before I left the store the food looked edible. I suppose moving forward I should take a bite of the fries and chicken to ensure they have the right seasoning and is cooked well done. I truly enjoy Wingstop and this experience has left a horrible taste in my mouth, I had one fry and bite of chicken wing and had to spit both of them out. The order taker was Kiyara. I even called back to speak to a manager but was placed on hold so eventually I just hung up. Again this was a terrible and unacceptable experience they were also out of napkins.

Cashier never asked if I needed help I had to interrupt her from Lala land she was in . Then I order cheese fries and they tell me we can no longer add cheese to fries …. Ummm that’s kinda the point of cheese fries . Also when I choose to order wings they cashier to me I had to wait for fries . If my order says ready then why do I have to wait 10 more mins for fries

Came in at lunch time and the staff was very friendly and service was fast! The store was clean and you can tell the management was on top of things! Wingstop is one of my go to places but this store is definitely TOP NOTCH! Definitely will be back!

Wings are always exactly how we like them. We eat there 2 to 3 times a week. Being that we're from Buffalo, home (Duffs or Anchor Bar) Buffalo Wings. The staff are Wonderful, Polite, & Friendly.

Horrible customer service. I ordered through Uber eats and received the wrong food and they mixed up my whole order. When I called to tell them , they put me on hold for ten minutes. Then when she finally replied she took 5 minutes looking for my order. Then, she said you have to reorder the whole thing on Uber eats. I told her but it was not my mistake that they gave me the wrong items, why would I have to pay for it again , or atleast any suggestion from them would be good. She then proceeded to shut the call in my face. It was their mistake and instead of treating me with respect on something they messed up on, they treated me awful. This could’ve been solved in better ways.

This has been one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I placed my order at 8:48 PM — it’s now 10:25 PM and I’m still waiting on my food. The wait time is absolutely unacceptable. I understand delays happen, but this is beyond reasonable. I will not be returning here and cannot recommend this place to anyone
