Out of all of the WingStops in Tampa, this is BY FAR the best. The employees are all working hard, the cashiers were friendly, and the estimated wait was actually accurate on the app. There was no awkward standing while waiting to be acknowledged.
The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. My boneless wings were evenly sized! The fries were plenty well seasoned, and I like the ability to choose cheese sauce on the app!

They were missing the most important part of our order. No ranch! And we ordered extra ranch. Called the store to ask for it. They said suck it up. No ranch. Disappointed in their customer service.

I always come to this location. My food is always fresh and cooked to perfection !! The staff are friendly and pleasant when taking orders. Not sure why the reviews are so low, but this location deserves to have better reviews. The manager is always helping his staff. The young lady that took my order name was Andrayah. Yall go visit this location. They won't disappoint.

i called wing stop this evening at around 6:22pm to place an order for 30 flats cajun corn fries and voodoo fries. spoke w a girl who took my order and said about 40 minutes. bet. i get a call right back from the girl who said that per her mamager javier, i had to come in and pay before my order could be processed cause i ordered 30 flats. javier gets on the phone and confirms that i have to
come in and pay in person and once i do my order
will be processed in about 3-5 minutes. ok so we show up, I'm paying at the register of the girl
who took my phone order. its 6:57pm. i hear a gentlemen asking about my order. he asks
what am i waiting for i tell him im there for the
all flats. he asks me to call the establishment to confirm i placed my order at this specific establishment ? meanwhile i just paid the girl. why didn’t he confirm if i paid with his employee? so now he not believing that im the caller so my husband walks in confused about the commotion and confirms yet again that we are there to pick up the flats order that we discussed on the phone. he’s getting loud he is definitely not trying in amy way to deescalate the situation at all as a manager.
Apparently, the issue was that my food was given away to another customer? how was it given away if i hadnt come in to pay yet? he was extremely unprofessional unapologetically not polite at all extremely rude and didnt offer a coupon or anything for being a loyal customer for several years. My sons birthday is this weekend and we wanted to start the weekend off on the right foot w some delicious wings and Javier has put a damper to my birthday weekend plans. I did end up w a refund but this complaint is beyond the refund at this point its about the principles morals and integrity which Javier lacks especially as a manager / team leader. Javier how about u lead by example and treat your customers with a little respect and kindness ?! cause whether your employee gave the food away or “WE” as a team gave it away you are still showing a lack of management skills by going into a screaming match w me about a mistake u and your staff made. u should’ve made the situation right by giving me my money back and sending me on my way with my order the house. thats how u keep
your customers which should be your priority.
