This Wingstop is one of the best I’ve ever visited. From Manager Antonio to team members Rio and John, these three gentlemen work incredibly hard to support themselves and their families while still delivering great service and delicious food.If you ever have to wait a bit, remember it’s because they’re making your food fresh and doing their best to give you some of the best chicken you’ll ever have. It’s easy to complain, but much harder to do the job they do every day with a good attitude.Huge shoutout to Antonio (manager), Rio, and John – I truly appreciate your hard work and the great chicken you serve. This location has gone downhill. Recently Came here, was on time, checked my stuff however we received blue cheese instead of ranch. Didn’t realize that till we got to the house because they’re the same color. Had to drive back up there for a ranch, Asked for an extra for the inconvenience since we had to drive back up here and our food is now cold and they questioned “why would we give you an extra?” I don’t understand how customer service is so bad, and didn’t care to make it better

I wish I checked the reviews before ordering from this location. I have ordered 30 wings along with fries and chicken tenders for a gathering and it was the worst wings ever. It was cold, dry and stale. It was so embarrassing but unfortunately it was late at night. So I called the following day and spoke to Lay the manager and somehow couldn’t bring up the order and told me she can’t do anything and call 4 days later to speak to the general manager. So called and spoke to another manager his name, Xavier and he was very rude and he said people eat the food and call back to get the money and also if the wings were so bad why I didn’t collect it from the guests’s plates and bring it back not to mention that was late at night. I also told him that this is not gonna be a good review and he said he did not care. This place needs better management and cook.
