We are on vacation from out of town and we visited this location yesterday. The bagels are awesome. And while we were there, the Manager gave us a free cookie for my daughter and I to enjoy, they even snuck in a few free bagels for us since it was near closing time. I highly recommend these folks. Awesome customer service and a phenomenal bagel.
Stopped in this morning to check out this new local place in Tequesta. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes while three staff were up front and the manager/owner even popped their head out and looked right at me.
Not one person said hello, we'll be with you in a minute, nothing.
I ended up walking out.
If you can't even greet your customers, your service has to be terrible.
Everything bagel was more like a nothing bagel. Undercooked with very little topping.
Counter staff was rude for no reason.
