We are on vacation from out of town and we visited this location yesterday. The bagels are awesome. And while we were there, the Manager gave us a free cookie for my daughter and I to enjoy, they even snuck in a few free bagels for us since it was near closing time. I highly recommend these folks. Awesome customer service and a phenomenal bagel.

Stopped in this morning to check out this new local place in Tequesta. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes while three staff were up front and the manager/owner even popped their head out and looked right at me.
Not one person said hello, we'll be with you in a minute, nothing.
I ended up walking out.
If you can't even greet your customers, your service has to be terrible.

Made an order online. After patiently waiting for over 20 minutes past when they told me to pick up. Honestly wasn't even busy at the time. Was met with animosity and told I made a mistake ordering and it's my fault my order wasn't made. After showing the order I made I was met with further rudeness. I asked to speak to the manager which he conveniently hid on the back and claimed to be on the grill. Coward. They weren't even busy.

It would be nice if the cashier that handles money either washes her hands or preferably puts on gloves before picking up bagels and handing them to a customer in a paper bag.
