Only complaint is that the Martini’s aren’t good. We have tried repeatedly but can’t seem to get a good Cosmo or Dirty martini.

Saturday evening was our first experience at Buco and it was nothing short of exceptional. The bartender was welcoming which was followed through by the rest of the staff. Being Italian I am very particular; the dishes, especially the mussels, eggplant parm and shrimp were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.
We had excellent service provided by Demi. She was friendly, helpful and attentive which made our experience perfect.
I’ve been spreading the word that Buco is the best restaurant with an amazing happy hour. They even had my favorite wine: Montepulciano D’Abruzzo which is difficult to get in restaurants.
I just can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been here 4 times. Today I had the rudest woman I’ve even met. She definitely shouldn’t be working customer service. I came there on my lunch. Order a burger plain and specify nothing on it no pickle on the plate. Well when it come out with everything I tell her I don’t want it. She then wants to pick everything off of it. No im sorry I don’t want you to pick off everything. That’s why I ordered it plain and specified plain. I am allergic to onions so I can’t eat it after you pick it off. Then she was rude to me and said she would eat it for lunch. WOW! Just wow I can’t believe what just happened. I woul love to hear from the owner on this one. Definitely won’t be back.

Disgusting ! 2 different types of Bugs in my salad . Waiter told chef and Chef denied that they came from his kitchen. What???? Obviously didn’t wash the salad . Would never go back .

Went with two friends for happy hour/dinner. Told to sit anywhere on patio. Found table and waited. Numerous servers came to patio but ignored us. Saw customers seated after us being greeted by servers and orders taken. Left after 20 minutes. Complained to owner/manager and he nastily told us he didn't care if we went elsewhere. Went to nearby McCarthy's and got excellent service and food. Talked to another neighbor and she won't go to Buco's anymore because owner was nasty to her.

I had a terrible experience and after reading a lot of Reviews from Manager Robert and his behavior I felt the need to share my experience.I started training at Buco’s as a Server/Bartender on Tuesday 3/12/24 but due to the treatment of the Manager Robert I left the restaurant early after my third shift.He threw his hands in my face, because I had asked him for questions about a check and needed his help, he was rude and disrespectful instead all evening. He saw me struggling with the Milk frothing and started yelling at me that I burnt the milk and gave me an attitude instead of helping.A Manager is supposed to help his employees to make the restaurant run more smoothly while the owner is not present but he is just straight up nasty to all employees there. I’ve heard other's tell me a lot of stories and how he does this to everybody but they just swallow the disrespect but I’m not that kind of person.A good leader who sees their new trainees struggle come up and offer help and guidance not yell at you in front of customers.One of the Chefs even came up to me asking why he’s being a bully because they saw it happening too.The Bartender usually takes care of the bar and high tops right next to the bar or out front. But Robert had given the table to another server because he was busy, but that server saw me only having 2 tables so she tried to be sweet and offered me the table which I gladly accepted, because I learn by doing. Robert saw that I started taking care of this table and came up to me with his Frankenstein eyes and attitude and said the high tops belong to the bar! Okay well then why are you giving them away?I told him the server had given the table to me. He instead went to her and fried her to almost tears. She came up to me and apologized!!! Why is she apologizing?Robert seems like a true narcissistic woman hater!I am writing this here not because I want to drag the restaurant in the mud, I just want to make the owner aware because he straight up ignored my text message with said concerns. I truly believe that although this Robert has been there for quite a while he needs to go for the restaurants sake.It just take one person like me who’s a bit quicker in reaction to record his behavior and make a report for hostile work environment.

"My experience at the Buco restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional attitude of one of the employees. From the moment I arrived, I encountered unpleasant treatment from this employee, who seemed to have no interest in providing good customer service.Her rude attitude and lack of courtesy made me feel uncomfortable and neglected. Not only did she ignore my questions and requests, but she also responded in a brusque and unfriendly manner. I have never experienced such a level of disrespect in a dining establishment before.As a result of this unfortunate experience, I have no intention of returning to the Buco restaurant in the future. I cannot recommend a place where the staff is allowed to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner. I hope that the restaurant takes measures to improve the attitude and treatment of its staff, as it currently leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service.In summary, my visit to the Buco restaurant was ruined by the rude attitude of one of the employees. I cannot support or recommend a place that tolerates such disrespectful treatment towards customers."

Awesome meal. Our server, Marley was the BEST! She had a 6th sense & just knew exactly how to make our experience amazing. Dinner was delicious. Highly recommend. PS-don’t forget to get an espresso martini. ❤️❤️❤️
